I’ve purchased a few items from them for my girlfriend and she loves them. Wears them everyday. However, the most recently purchased item was running very late. Adrian made sure to overnight it so that it would arrive on time for my girlfriend’s birthday. Great customer service!

First, the product is of high quality and I have been happy with the gifts and personal items I have purchased. Their designs are interesting and contemporary.

Customer Service - fabulous! They have helped me with issues I created, quickly! They resolved my issue professionally and without delay. Did all to accommodate my purchase.

Poor quality for price
When it arrived, I loved it and it’s as pictured. However just after 10 wears (just purchased in March 2024) a Diamond fell out. Silly me, I thought Baby Gold lifetime guarantee logo meant they stand by the product within reason. Unfortunately they are asking me to cover $20 in shipping and $80. for repair. $100. for repairing a piece purchased in March says petty on their part for a piece that’s 1k, and definitely not showing excellent customer service by at least covering shipping cost, I work for myself and I take care of my clients shipping and I’m not selling thousands of customers gold. Where is the grace and tact. I’ve purchased a personalized ring (very thin gold)as well as a Cuban link (hollow gold) neckpiece, so it’s not my only purchase. Disappointed and I’ll be sure to give the heads up to the friends I’ve forward the site too. Not the service nor quality expected.

They said they would refund. They only allow store credit and charge for the return. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. COST ME 50.00 BECAUSE I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. THEY SUCK. So we all need to figure out to shut them down? Any suggestions?

My husband got me a custom name ring after our son was born. The ring is beautiful but is much flimsier than what was shown in the photos (the website photos show a solid band in the back; the ring I received has measurably less solid metal in the back and two supporting bars across the sides).

The kicker is that I left this feedback as a review on their website and they're clearly censoring it. That's why all of their reviews are 5 stars. I'd say buyer beware.

Adrian provided excellent customer service and I am very happy with my experience! My sentimental bubble bracelet got lost and Adrian provided me with a discount code so that I can purchase a replacement. I’ve been a repeat customer for many years and this experience makes me want to come back for more. Absolutely outstanding customer service!

This company is a scam! I bought what I thought it was a “pair” of earnings. When it arrived there was only one earring, so I reached out to customer service and they told me I ordered only one earring… this is misleading since the picture showed a “pair” of earrings. In addition, the quality looks really poor.

Adrian was wonderful in helping me and assisting throughout the order process. Great customer service and attentiveness.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter that was shorter then she wanted. We are returning it and I ordered a longer chain but forgot to use the coupon. I reached out to customer support and they quickly responded and applied a promotional credit. The necklace is pretty and I would give a 5 star review but not before having it long enough to assess quality .

This company is a scam!! I ordered a 14k gold necklace from them, and the color was weird (lighter than my other 14k jewelry). I'm not sure if it's real. I tried to return and they don't do refunds, only store credit. Customer service doesn't respond. THEY DON'T DO ACTUAL RETURNS BECAUSE THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU WITH TRASH JEWELRY. It's VERY suspicious that they don't even stand behind their products. They'll take your money and won't let you return after you see the pieces are garbage. Btw they only give you 10 days to request a return for store credit.

I’ve had the chain less than 3 weeks and it broke. Their customer service is not great either and unaccommodating. Their return policy is a hair below predatory and I think that they know why, it’s because their pieces are not great. $900 down the drain. I won’t be buying from this company again. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy from here!!! Stay away!!

Wow Baby Gold is amazing! I ordered a custom ring with Roman numerals as a Christmas present for this amazing woman who just melts my hearts on some days, and you know, if they melt your heart, you have to melt theirs too, right?

This was my first time ordering from Baby Gold, so I don't know if I had many expectations from the order. However, once she received it, she was overjoyed. She wears this ring absolutely every single day and is so excited about the personalization and the sentimental touch behind it. She felt it was such a special and unique gift and that ultimately made me feel that I could trust BabyGold for my gold needs. That's why I made an additional order for some diamond hoop earrings and I'm going to be buying so much more from Baby Gold too! Yay!

World most worst customer services of all time.
I won’t even advise a child to spend a $1 at Baby Gold.
They will state “ 20% baby gold coupon off” and there is no provision to apply nor enter the code even though it tells “ at check out “ but it’s a ripe off”
And just after finding out wasn’t applied , being charged the original price, u can’t get a response from them exactly few min after purchased to help . They have worst customer services, maybe they use robot and they always breaks down . Very silence service when u need help . No real and normal human to talk to and no phone line to reach. They will always get fools to buy from there .
Product not even what they said it is . You select this and after checking out it’s a surprise and yet sending emails receives no response until you get the items and they will tell you , “ we don’t refund but issues a store credit so they end up having you money anyway . ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL KIND OF SCAM

Purchased a bracelet from them which broke in less than 3 months. Reached out to them for repair and I was told that DESPITE THEIR LIFETIME GUARANTEE I would be charged for the repair and shipping. A gold bracelet breaking is a testament to the quality OR LACK THEREOF of jewelry they make. Buy from somewhere else. This company is a scam

Do not buy here! I ordered the cigar band a few months ago and once the product arrived it was too big. You would think that it would be an easy exchange for a smaller size, but they wanted me to return the product for store credit, and then buy it all over again. If a product does not work out, they do not offer refunds, only store credit, which you can only claim within 10 days of delivery. I ended up keeping the ring and it wears okay. The gold is definitely low quality as it has scratched very easily. I wear the ring everyday and it visually looks okay but not great as it looks more scratched and worn compared to the other gold rings that I wear. This ring was pretty expensive so I wish I bought a ring elsewhere as I could have gotten higher quality jewelry for a similar price. Also, they delete any and all bad reviews on their website. All products will appear to have 5-star ratings but a simple google search will reveal the true feelings of the customers that have purchased from Baby Gold.

This company uses deceptive advertising to lure customers; not trustworthy and will never order from them again.

Do not buy from this place! They have very nice designs and pretty good prices but trust me, the quality is terrible. very flimsy and break or bend so easily. I have tried to contact them so many times! through email, calls, and even left VM and no one ever gets back to me. Just terrible...

Bought a few rings from BabyGold about 2 years ago.

I travel almost every other week, and these rings have seen a lot. Despite this, my diamond rings are still in excellent condition, just like when I first got them. I haven't lost any diamonds, and they are still so sparkling. They've been through ocean water, encountered cleaning supplies—you name it.

I'm looking forward to adding a few more rings to my collection.

Buyer beware: The necklace weighed nothing. IDK why it was only 14". It did not fit around my neck, so I sent emails 4x with no response before I returned it new in original box. After some unanswered calls, I spoke to a person who said there are No returns on custom orders, only credit to buy more: and "everything is custom". Now I have to find something to use my credit. Almost nothing to choose from under $100. My mistake.
