This company is horrible. Real name is BabyGold. Very clever disguising the real name with a different name. Nothing but a digital marketing scammer.
The products are flimsy (brilliant marketing of what ads up to nothing).
There is no customer service and they won't give you your money back.
Not to mention it takes about 5 tries to get an email that doesn't address your concerns.
I intent on going to the BBB about them.
Buyer beware.

Cheap, very flimsy jewelry. No refunds. They have to "approve" your return before they will give you a credit for it...which is essentially worthless as the jewelry is of very poor quality. Also, the jewelry comes with warnings that it is delicate so you "need to unpack carefully." Really?? I need to carefully remove a piece of gold jewelry from the box???Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable online jeweler like Charmco or Kinn.

Cheap craftsmanship and thin gold. Would not recommend or purchase again. Can not return if unsatisfied with product.

Baby Gold has Bad Quality Jewelry. After paying almost $1200 for a chain, it arrived with dents and it looked like it was gold plated or something. Really cheap. After receiving it I immediately called asking for a refund. They said, sorry NO REFUNDS. They offered a credit only (for more crappy jewelry?..no thanks). BEWARE...STAY AWAY.

BABY GOLD IS A 100% SCAM

I would give 0 stars to them if I could. I bought earrings from them. Note the s on the end of the word earrings meaning 2, one for each ear. They sent me 1 earring and said this is what I ordered. That's how they sell the item but the order I received in email says earrings. The whole thing is just so ridiculous and exudes unfair business practices. I returned the 1 earring and now they are saying I have to use my credit to buy something else. I am disputing this.

After about 12 wears the gold was literally disintegrating. Very poor quality. Obviously bought very cheaply from china and marked up for sale. Save yourself the heartache and invest a little more money in something from a reputable company.

Customer service is quick to respond in person, meaning you get a live person to help solve any issues. They are patient and informative.
The quality of the items I purchased are beautiful! I’m really impressed . Shower, sleep in them and hardly ever take off, and gold is solid. They are legit with affordable prices.

I have had a wildly different experience with BabyGold than other reviewers. I purchased multiple chains, earrings and a bracelet and love it all. It took me months to find a 14” chain, but Baby Gold nailed it. They are not cheap, but I personally find it high quality and worth the price. Their customer service is absolutely incredible. I had an issue with my order, and not only did they immediately respond to my inquiry, but also sent a replacement. I will continue to purchase from them, and highly recommend!

My husband and I have purchased thousands of dollars of baby gold products over the years. I’ve read many of the other reviews referencing the “poor quality”… call me ignorant but I love the BG brand. Recently, we purchased a box chain and I was honestly underwhelmed with the value of the product in comparison to the price, just not the standard I’ve come to expect. I called and left a message on Thursday and received a call back from Adrian first thing Friday morning. Without hesitation he offered me multiple options to rectify my disappointment. I was shocked at how easily the complaint was handled. Adrian was friendly and efficient, an excellent representative of the brand. I will be making my next BG purchase this coming week. I will be a baby gold customer for life.

The customer service at this company is the best I have received in…ever. I was able to speak with a human right away, no long wait times or frustrating pre recorded systems to get through. And even better than that, they were actually helpful. The customer service team continually communicated with me and made sure my order arrived in time for my special event. The cross necklace I purchased was absolutely beautiful, and I would recommend baby gold!

Low quality jewelry with no refunds they don’t make it clear that you can return but not get a refund. Since the quality was so poor I will be going through my credit card purchase protection because it is definitely a huge scam. The Huggies I got were too small for an adult ear and thin as foil. I didn’t even attempt to try it on out if concern it would break trying to open it.

They are definitely ripping people off. I bought the Miami Cuban link anklet and it was so light weight like everyone else said. It broke in less than 2 weeks. I just wore it for the first time today since it was supposedly fixed. It came apart again and it doesn’t even appear to have been worked on. It’s literally the same exact piece of “gold” broken when it was shipped back to them. Stay far way!!! This can’t be legal. They are a complete scam! I really wish I could upload photos of this anklet.

Don’t buy from this shop. I bought the K14 bamboo earrings and it’s definitely hollow.Super lightweight & flimsy and feels like little kids’ plastic jewelry.So disappointed and what a ripoff!!!

Great customer service! They were quick to respond to my voicemail and promptly assisted with a replacement necklace.

Took 4 weeks to receive a plain chain. The chain was so lightweight and flimsy, it weighed less that a feather.
They charged $150! It was a rip off. Plus their policy is No Refund, only store credit. Customer Service was unconcerned and unwilling to help. Stay away from this online company. Overcharges and walks away!

The necklace was poor quality and very cheap looking. I return the item am for a refund, I was told by someone who later returned my call and said that they don’t refund you but give you store credit and I should have read their policy. Their jewelry is so not worth the money. Now 900 dollars down the drain and if you don’t used the store credit . They keep your money. The celebrity Selena Gomez models their jewelry, maybe someone should make her aware of the business she supports and what they do to their customers

I wish I had looked at more than just the reviews on their website. They use the Judge.me Shopify app for their reviews and only approve 5 star ratings. Judge.me actually shows that they only have approved 32% of all store and product reviews—which makes sense because I submitted reviews that weren't even that bad, just honest about my experience, and they didn't get approved.

When I placed my order, I forgot one reason I hadn't purchased from them before was because of their terrible return policy—store credit only. I ordered 2 bracelets, one for me and one for my boyfriend. We had to request a longer length on his, which I messaged them about before placing my order to make sure I did everything correctly. They of course did NOT tell me what the extra charge would be until after I placed the order. They sent me another invoice for $50 on a $210 paperclip bracelet—no we were not extending it 25% of the original length. The math already wasn't mathing, yet I let it slide. Both pieces said they were "made to order" yet both items—even the "custom" length that they charged so much for "customizing"—shipped within an hour of me paying the extra fee.

When we received them, we were very underwhelmed. First of all, his bracelet was still not the right length, it was too small and didn't fit. Because of a miscommunication, they were willing to fix it at no extra cost other than the shipping charge. We didn't want to deal with sending it back and forth, and he didn't love it due to the extreme lightweight hollow links. We ended up having a local jewelry repair remove links so I could wear it instead since of course we couldn't return it.

I had ordered the Celine Twist Bracelet, and although I like the shape of the links, the color of the gold is off and more noticeable on this style than the very thin paper clip bracelet. I understand 14k gold can look different across brands depending on the other alloys used, but theirs is very light and has a bit of a green tinge. As other reviewers have mentioned, it looks more like 10k gold. The hollow links make it extremely lightweight to the point where it feels cheap, and also very susceptible to damage. I probably would have returned mine as well if I could have gotten a refund, but I didn't want store credit because I wouldn't order anything else from them.

Don't fall for the social media ads! Even with 20-25% off, it's not worth it.

I bought some earrings a month ago that were supposed to be in stock. I received a tracking number a few days after, but it never updated. A week later I emailed BG. They eventually responded, saying I should contact UPS myself. UPS said they never received the parcel. After more emails back and forth BG initiated a new order, but never provided tracking. 2 weeks later I emailed yet again, asking when my order would be shipped. They said they were closed for the week of July 4. I asked to cancel my order, since it had been over 3 weeks and it wouldn’t arrive on time, they claimed it was impossible as it was already with the shipping department. Another week later I filed a claim with Klarna, and a few days after that finally got another tracking number. I haven’t received the earrings yet, but already know the company is not trustworthy. They lie, send out automated responses, refuse cancellations and refuse refunds, only store credit. It all seems like a scam. It’s a mystery to me why they are still allowed to operate. Just wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.
