Azz spent the good part of a day with us and our miniature schnauzer, Tony. He was both patient and constructive with his feedback in how to deal with Tony's fearful nature.
Azz left us with a number of tools and although it's only been a week, we have began to notice a serious shift in Tony's behaviour.

We have a 9 year old Italian Spinone with reactive issues, particularly towards certain dogs, around food and door bells. Azz was extremely informative and knowledgeable and explained how we could help him overcome his issues and not pass his unwanted behaviour onto our 18 month old Spinone. It is early days but we can see things are starting to improve already, he appears so much calmer generally and we feel we understand our dogs behaviour much better. Azz has also sent pointers via email to refer to if needed. We would highly recommend Azz to anyone who is having problems with their dog, his understanding of canine behaviour is amazing.

Aaron Rainey made an assessment of my dog for a police enquiry. He was totally professional, objective, and truthful. He spent four hours explaining dog behaviour to me, and watching and testing my dog's behaviour. I was overwhelmed by his insight into dog behaviour and also into human mistakes in understanding, and dealing with our pets. His report was comprehensive, lucid, and showed real, fundamental understanding, both of dogs, and humans. I was deeply impressed by his sympathetic insight, and firmness in explaining how I should train and exercise my dog with firmness and kindness.

We have a 1yr old male staff cross mastiff with reactive issues particularly towards other dogs but not limited to, he also dislikes bikes, pushchairs and shopping trolleys to name a few. Aaz was a great help, he sat with us and chatted whilst watching our dog boss us around successfully without us even being aware. Azz spent 6hrs with us and by the end of the afternoon we'd managed a walk around the park with lots of other dogs present. There was a little bit of fuss but nothing like what we normally face and he improved with every dog we saw. We're working hard to keep with the program and it's a day by day thing for us, some days we can get past without a peep, other days he can't. I'm sure with consistency and perseverance we will get there. I really would recommend Azz to anyone who is struggling with their dog, he's very knowledgeable and informative. We saw instant results and feel we understand our dogs behaviour better now.

Thank you so much for your help and guidance. We have a Rotweiller 23 months old. She had been developing behavioral issues and started to become more and more reactive to other dogs. We were doing many wrong things that meant the dog was left stressed, we now know so much and she is a changed dog and our relationship with her more healthy. She is so much calmer and really now relaxes. We have work to do sustaining the changes and our new lessons and are so very grateful for the visit. We should have had you around 6 months ago. Az was professional but empathetic from start to finish, he spent around 5 hours at our home and this is what we really appreciated the most, other behaviourists I had enquired with said it would be 1.5 - 2 hours and we just knew this wouldn’t be enough to actually make impact, az had no time limits on his visit and stayed as long as it needed until we had a plan with our dog Hugo and talked everything through, his knowledge on dog behaviour was just impeccable and he has given us so much hope and reassurance that we can turn our dogs behaviour around with really simple changes, I also really appreciated the follow up he sent us in a thorough email with all the steps he asked us to take with Hugo in detail so we could go back to it whilst we implement our training. Such a positive experience! Azz could see what the problem was within minutes of setting foot in the door. He explained everything to us in such an understandable way and helped us with our dog almost immediately. Azz left us with clear guidelines on how to proceed and all is going well! I can't recommend Azz highly enough. B2B was recommended to me by a friend after i explained the problems i was having with my 14 month New Zealand Huntaway. As soon as Azz arrived he was reading the dog and working with him. He explained to me that Hunter was a very dominant and frustrated dog and was in fact thought he was alpha in the household. Azz then explained all the ways i would have to retrain Hunters mind so he would become a follower not a leader. Everything was explained really clearly and he made sure i always fully understood. Outside Azz had Hunter walking properly and obediently in less than 10 minutes which included Hunter throwing a tantrum rolling around on the floor.
