After a very thorough and thoughtful meeting with Azz, me and my Jack Russell are in a different place! Azz put so much knowledge and understanding in a really accessible way, and he took time to consider all my questions and concerns really carefully. By the end of his visit I feel confidently hopeful for the future with my dog, and he’s been enabled to come into his own. I can’t recommend Azz highly enough!

Prior to b2b coming to see us we had seen a couple of trainers in an effort to have a little more obedience from our dogs.
Nothing had much long term effect and when we didn’t have a bag of treats at hand everything pretty much reverted back to how it had always been. Had our lives allowed us to spend four hours a day training then perhaps we could have taken proper control but I think we are pretty normal that we don’t have the time or, if we’re honest with ourselves, the desire.
What a refreshing change it was to be given a set of tools from b2b and to have everything explained in a clear and sensible manner. These are simple things too that are so easy to build into the every day. They also make perfect sense when the ‘why’s’ have been explained.
Would we recommend b2b if you doggy issues? Absolutely. We would even recommend seeing b2b if you own a dog and aren’t unhappy with their behavior. Just having the understanding of how dogs ‘operate’ and how we as humans can help them lead a more contented life has got to be worth it in itself.
Very happy and looking forward to seeing the results of our efforts which we are sure we will. Best money we’ve spent in a long time.

Aaron was great when he came to the house and with in no time he had worked out what the issues were. We have a good few things to work on, simple things to do, just need to keep them up. There was a certain sense of relief to know what we need to do. Thanks again Aaron, much appreciated

We contacted Azz for help with our 4 year old Tibetan Mastiff over issues of overprotecting and reactive behaviour. He was very quick to respond and we booked in for a session - what an eye opening experience to understand more behind the psychology of dogs and why Leia presents with the issues she does. He was very thorough in explanation, any questions we had were answered perfectly without judgement and Azz showed us many ways that can help us aid Leia in improving her behaviour. We also have the reassurance we can contact him any time regarding our dog and this has helped us massively in our confidence getting her to where she needs to be. Azz has made a huge difference to my confidence when walking my dog! In such a short period of time I have been able to walk my dog without becoming embarrassed or having to hide from other dogs as my dog was reactive. Azz explains things really well following with ideas and easy but specific ways to change the behaviours of the dog. I was very skeptical and afraid of using the techniques however after using them, walks have become peaceful and enjoyable. No more kangaroo business for me! More respect and trust from my dog is coming! Thank you so so much Azz!

Definitely recommended. Az sat and explained the phschology of dogs v humans. Makes you realise the simple mistakes us humans do to confuse our dogs.Az was so calm even when I was visibly upset. 2days in to my retraining and such a difference in the dogs. To see them relaxed in their little pack is honestly a dream come true. Worth every penny.

Aaron arrived to assess our two dogs our Dachshund George and Elvis the Cockapoo .
He was very knowledgeable and helpful.
We've seen great improvements already and it's only day two !
He has shown us that it is possible to change our dogs behaviour with the direction he gave us and with consistency on our part.
Worth every penny to have two happier dogs and a stress free house !

My partner and I were amazed to see a change in Bonnie's (11 month old rescue crossbreed) behaviour just a couple hours into Azz's visit. We both learnt alot about dogs in general, but most importantly why Bonnie was showing particular behaviours and how we can help her. Azz has a tremendous amount of knowledge and you can really tell it is his passion and he knows what he is talking about. We are only a week into making the changes advised by Azz but we can really see a shift in her behaviour and becoming more relaxed and less dominant.
Also really nice to know he is at the end of the phone if we need him. Can recommend Azz at back to balance highly.

When Aaron came to see me and my dog “Buddy” I was at my wits end. In fact I had already booked an appointment with the Dogs Trust to move him on, albeit very reluctantly :(

He was a re-home and his last owners hadn’t been truly honest about his behaviour. While a gorgeously loving dog, he also had / has some big issues including major separation anxiety which I was struggling to deal with.

However, In the space of a few hours Aaron took me from being about to pull the plug to deciding that I will put in whatever it takes to see my dog truly happy and content again (especially on his own). I couldn’t bare for him to go now! But he didn’t do this by pushing me, he simply showed me what was possible even in an afternoon. Aaron is incredible; a bonafide dog whisperer!

He has shown me a completely different way to communicate with Buddy. (Like a dog rather than a human - bonkers we all expect dogs to speak our language!). I can now communicate with Buddy in a way that means I can remain peaceful even when in really tough situations with him - where is really playing up!

It is still taking practice, and will take some time yet. But I’m enjoying learning and practicing what Aaron has taught me, as opposed to before feeling in a downward spiral wondering “What have I done?!”

Aaron has given me both the tools and the faith I so desperately needed. And after practicing what he has taught me I feel he will have brought me many years of happy dog ownership ahead.

It was an eye opener in understand the psychology of a dog. Az was really helpful, he took his time and didn't rush at all. It was well worth it and we are already starting seeing some benefits in such a short period of time.

Aaron was just amazing! We needed help with our dog because he started to nip us. Aaron came in and really helped us understand how our dog was feeling and showed us what we needed to do to stop this happening. We noticed a change in our dog even when Aaron was still with us. Aaron continues to support us with our dog and keeps in contact over phone to make sure everything is going in the right direction.

We contacted Aaron to help with our dog ,he replied promptly to our enquiry and came to assess our dog soon after the initial contact . He was very polite ,factual and professional . I would not hesitate to recommend Azz if you are having problems with your dog, however, you will need to be prepared to hear a few home truths, and be willing to make changes in your own behaviour before you see changes in your dog. He’s highly knowledgeable and professional, and understood my dog within minutes of meeting her. Azz explained canine psychology so that we could understand where WE were going wrong with her and why she was anxious. Additionally, Azz showed me how to get my 18 month old Spinone walking nicely on a lead within a few minutes, and a month on, her recall has also massively improved as she now knows who’s boss!
