We called Azz after reading lots of brilliant reviews but previously having a negative experience with another ‘dog trainer’, we were put off for a long time.

So glad we reached out to Azz for help with our asbo French Bulldog who now has a clear plan of action in place as well as us as his owners. So much more understanding after a very informative and successful session with Arnie.

Looking forward to the future and being able to enjoy situations with Arnie again rather than dread them.

Really good at helping us with lucky who was really anxious. Even the first day while he was here we noticed a difference. Would highly recommend he knows what he doing where as other trainers just want to throw food at dogs. Day two it’s all working nicely.

Azz was very informative and could tell me straight away what the problem was with my dog. He gave me lots of pointers and advice that I have put into practice already.
My dog has made an improvement even after 1 day and doesn’t jump up and bark when I leave to go out the front door anymore. He spent the night downstairs in his bed and didn’t get me up at 3am barking although he did mess in the floor but I’m hoping this will stop once he gets used to being on his own at night.

Azz helped us with our older settercwho was developing reactive aggression tendencies, possibly due to the introduction of a younger puppy.
He helped us see a number of habits we'd developed towards thevdogs that encouraged leadership tendencies in our older dog. We're now following his recommendations and are slowly seeing signs of improvement.

I had a session with Azz recently to help me work on and solve problems I had with a very reactive young male GSD after struggling with the problem for well over a year.

In just over a week, the reactivity problems are almost entirely gone with some minor (but very effective) changes around the house and when out and about.

I could not recommenced Azz enough.

Azz, has helped me and my 8 year labrador and I am thrilled with the results. Lenny was struggling to jump into the Car and I now understand a lot more why he behaved the way he did ie anxious and reluctant to get into the car even with with treats. Azz has given me the confidence and skills to be able to manage this behaviour not only for the Car issues but also helping Lenny with his issues with shiny floors and getting up & downs steps. What really helped was learning more about how the reactions of the dog are more of how as an owner/family that we are responsible for these with how we have ignored little signs . With a few simple changes that the dog can become more relaxed overall therefore less of a behavioural
Issue

Needed help with our 4 year old Romanian rescue who within 10 weeks went from being obedient and loving everyone to showing aggression towards all visitors in our house and towards all dogs, people and vehicles who we met and passed on a walk. Azz was amazing and helped us understand the way dogs think, act and their behaviour. We needed to change the way we were with him and show him that we and not he was the leader of our household. After only 3 days of implementing Azz's changes we have seen a huge difference in Chester behaviour. I can now walk him without him pulling my arm out of its socket and him lunging at everything that passes. We have had 2 visitors today and with the help and guidance Azz has given us we and our guests were able to enjoy a stress free visit :) I really cannot recommend and thank Azz enough. He spent nearly 5 hours with us and it was worth every penny. Thanks again Azz.

Really helpful and informative. Practical and compassionate approach to training and discipline. Been using Azz’s techniques for a few weeks now and noticing real changes in our reactive and aggressive dog. Really quick to reply to any subsequent questions we have had. Would absolutely recommend!

I recently called Azz for help with my two very-excitable and completely out of control spaniels. I was in desperate need of direction. The household had become miserable, unmanageable and daily walks an anxiety-ridden chore.
Within half an hour of being at my house Azz told me that the problem was blindingly obvious and the rest is history…
Azz’s knowledge and understanding of animals and their behaviour is second to none. He explained everything thoroughly and, whilst hard to hear, explained why my dogs had become disobedient and hard work. He spent 5 hours with us and at no point did I feel rushed or like anything that I asked was stupid.
He gave clear and concise information and guided me in the areas where I needed help. By the end of the visit, I had two completely different dogs. I was gob-smacked…. how!?
In 3 short day, my dogs listen to me; there’s eye contact, they look to me for instruction and do exactly what I ask of them without me having to say a word. 3 days ago I could barely walk them and they dragged me down the street. Yesterday, my neighbour’s 8 year old daughter walked them with me.
In just 3 short days, our life has changed from an out of control nightmare to a loving, respectful and peaceful household.
My dogs respect me as pack leader and in turn receive all the fuss and love that they need.
I can’t thank Azz enough. I was nervous at first but this journey has been a fantastic experience thanks to Azz and long may it continue. Thank you for restoring peace and balance to this home! Me, my 15 month old son and both fur babies are very grateful!

Azz came to help us with our German shepherd who was very protective and very reactive to anyone outside of the family. He has helped me feel much more in control and gave me the confidence to lead the dog not the other way around, our dog is a much happier boy now as are we.
I will continue to put all advice into practice and feel happy knowing I can call on Azz if I need any further guidance.

Azz is full of knowledge and really understands what's needed for your dog. Although our pup is currently challenging us with his behaviour, we now have the tools to correct this and feel a lot more confident doing so. And Azz has been very approachable and friendly through this process.

We had an amazing morning with Azz he helped me and my mum really under stand what causes our dog behaviours he took time to explain and show us how to walk with reactive dog and how to work with his speration anxiety ,would recommend him with anyone struggling with there dog

We had an amazing day with Azz , what knowledge the gentleman has when it comes to behaviour, what we thought was our 17 month old GSD being cute and lovable was in fact him manipulating us to become the pack leader .
After a couple of hrs of observation and talking us through behaviours it hit home they are not a child or family member they do not need babying but being treated as a dog , with that in mind it was amazing how doing that changed the dynamics in the house , we also done some practical exercises at the front door and also basic lead walking , well after spending a small fortune on trainers he’s walking almost perfect , front door will take a little work but all in all if you have problems with your dog Azz is you man 100% .
