Highly recommend booking a 1:1 session with Azz, we learnt so much which was really valuable as first time dog owners. He took so much time to go through everything for us and followed up with our progress. Our pup had been resource guarding and after putting in place the changes suggested by Azz we now have a much calmer and more settled pup. He is much more engaged with us and he even now chooses to bring us his toys and drops them for us which is worlds apart from the pup we had a month ago. We've learnt far more from Azz than from puppy training classes, and feel much more confident going forward. We couldn't recommend enough.

We asked Azz to visit us and our 20 month old male intact Labrador Retriever. We had been growing in concern with some of his behaviours, and we decided in order to try and understand him and his needs best, we would invest in some professional help. Azz was a pleasure to deal with from the off, we talked on the phone about what my main concerns were and arranged a home visit. The home visit was incredibly enlightening and really helped us to get an insight into our dogs behaviour and how we could help him. The visit itself was very low stress on us and our pup, and it was very interesting to hear how Azz does what he does. He spent many hours in our home, and followed this with support and guidance afterwards. It was very reassuring to be able to do this! Every dog and their needs can differ, but Azz took a great deal of time in finding out about our home, lifestyle, routine and how our dog currently acts within the home. The proof really is in any results you may observe, and those for us thus far have been very positive. The small but very significant changes we have made have made for a much more harmonious household and a more calm and relaxed dog. If you are in any way hesitating to contact Azz - don't. You will get helpful, fair and valuable insight into your dogs behaviour and very real advice and summaries as to how you can make long term changes to achieve the result you want. Azz was prompt and friendly in his communication, while being very direct and this was something we really appreciated. We look forward to seeing what our pup can achieve! Thanks Azz, it was a pleasure and our boy will be far more content with us having more of an understanding of his needs. Would most definitely recommend to all and any dog owners.

You can tell that Azz is passionate about what he does and dogs, he has so much knowledge and takes the time to really explain things. We've previously seen a dog trainer and were left feeling worried about her behaviour still, the support Azz has given to us in 4 hours has made an immediate impact on our dog and in less than 48 hours we've seen a vast improvement, almost like a different dog. It's a weight off our shoulders.

Aaron came to help us address a couple of issues with our XL bully/Rotty cross and had absolutely no issue helping with a breed with an unwarranted stigma attached. His knowledge is unbelievable and so informative and it was an absolute privilege for him to share it with us. Behaviours we thought meant one thing meant something completely different, and logically and directly tied in with the issues we had. The next day, a scenario arrived for us to put our training into action and it worked instantly. His communication before, during and after has been clear and concise and I would have absolutely no reservations about using his services again. I would recommend this guy to anyone, the fact this is his full time profession for many years is testament to the service he provides.

Azz explained his approach so we understood what was needed. Immediately there has been a huge improvement in behaviour by implementation of the advice and techniques. We now have a very different dog who is no longer trying to be in control

Really enjoyed our morning with Azz. Everything he said was so informative and made so much sense. 2 days later and we are already seeing positive results with the dogs. It does involve alot of hard work but will be so worth it. Thank you so much

Azz was fantastic. He is so knowledgeable and took the time to answer every possible question we had. The service is invaluable if you are a dog owner and just want to have the happiest dogs possible. We learnt so much and could not recommend him highly enough. Every dog owner should spend time with him! Especially because there are people out there who will charge you for advice but have a fraction of his qualifications, if any.

Azz came out on Monday to see our Border Terrier Ruby. She has been struggling with frustration and was very reactive to noise, people walking past the house or anyone coming to the door.

Azz was with us for the morning and was extremely knowledgeable, he noticed that Ruby was acting in a position of control and talked and showed us ways to help ease Ruby's frustration and help her to become a happier, more relaxed dog.

Within minutes of Azz working with her, we could see the difference. We are now on day 3 and can already see a difference in Ruby's demeanour, she seems more relaxed and less reactive to noise. There's still a way to go but it's great to see a difference already and I'm so glad we got Azz out to come and help. I 100% recommend Azz's services.

Azz came to visit our house to help us get Douglas our Scottish Terrier to be more enthusiastic about walking.
We spent a couple of hours discussing the dog’s behaviour and I was impressed with the knowledge Azz has about canines (describing the hierarchy of pack mentality) , particularly the dominance - related behaviours that was the root cause of the issues with our Scottie. The most impressive thing about this consultation was that the practical application of Azz’s technique and advice actually showed results more or less immediately .
I feel much more confident in my handling of Douglas after spending time with Azz and it’s great to know he’s at the end of the phone should I need anymore advice.
Azz s approach is very professional but extremely pleasant.

Azz came to us today, to help with my 13 month rescue, reactive lurcher cross (right old mixture) Azz was welcomed by Toffers hanging of the end of his leash, barking, lunging, spinning all the reactivity you can imagine. Literally within 5 mins Azz had him under control, I couldn't believe my eyes. Toffers took a while to calm down half hour/45 mins or so. Azz spent a good deal of time explaining Toffs behaviour from a dogs point of view !! , During this time Azz was also watching his behaviour around the home and very quickly saw what the problem was.... over protection of me !!! ..We went out for a walk, street walk, something I've not done for months..has now always been in a field, away from everyone/thing. To my amazement we walked past people, dogs. cars and even up to some local shops... Azz showed ME ! the signs to look for, Trigger points. Body language etc... within 20 mins I had regained my confidence, unbelievable..100% recommended... Thank you so much Azz.

We had a session with Azz today and cannot recommend enough! He talked us through everything explaining the reasonings behind the behaviours we were seeing and showed us what we need to do to achieve the outcome we want (loose lead walking, no jumping up to greet people, reacting to people and other dogs). He answered all of our questions and was a massive help! The difference in our dog is already noticeable even after only a few hours. Thank you again!

Azz came to help us with our French Bulldog George whose behaviour had been getting gradually worse, to the point we were worried he would bite someone. Azz identified the causes of George's behaviour and clearly explained the reasoning behind it. Azz is extremely knowledgeable and clearly has a wealth of experience in his field. I can't quite believe the difference in George in such a short period of time and I'm confident we will have a much happier and well adjusted dog.

Azz was great, really enjoyed the session. Feel we got some great pointers to improve our dog's behaviour, and gained confidence on how to implement changes.
