Azz explained so much and demonstrated such knowledge of my dogs behaviour and needs
No jargon, plain language, just a sole focus on the issues and how to work on regaining the control I needed to keep me and my dog safe.

As 1st time dog owners we had made some mistakes and our male black lab (Rory) had started to cause a few problems. Azz came to our house and spent a long time explaining what changes we could make and demonstrating how to implement them. within a few days we have noticed big changes in Rory's behaviours and the way he is around us. Our 5 year old had become anxious around Rory but with Azz's help she is now getting back to where she used to be and enjoying her time with him again. The small changes we have had to make have made such a big difference for us all. We would highly recommend Back to balance.

Aaron is very astute and really understands how dogs' minds work.He diagnosed the causes of my dogs' behavioural issues immediately and demonstrated strategies for managing them which are working well. He also sent helpful follow-up notes. It is reassuring that he is available by phone if needed in the future.

Azz was completely just overall fantastic.
He spent a good few hours at our home, observing how we are with our female dog and then teaching us and telling us how to combat the issues.
He also demonstrated us a new lead and technique for walking and its fantastic, we can now walk our dog without pullling.
I was that impressed I have forwarded his number on to friends and family.

When he went back home he sent us a massive write up on what to follow for the next couple of months which was handy because we could follow it but so can everyone else as we all needed to be singing of the same hym sheet as such.

We can contact him whenever and he will respond when he's a free and help where he can.

Azz was fantastic! He really took his time talking through his experiences with larger breeds, and really made us feel at ease. He was understanding and not at all judgemental on how we manage our boy at home, but was completely honest with us on how best to manage our boys behaviour, starting at home. He was enthusiastic when taking our boy out with us and encouraged us not to shy away from situations of which may cause barking. He was practical in showing us how manage interactions with other large dogs, which was really good to observe. We’re so very grateful to Azz for his time and professional judgement!

Azz spent 5 hours with us. Pointed out all the problems in Hugo’s behaviour and showed us how to resolve them inside and outside the house. It has be less than 2 weeks since Az came, and my dog is already so much calmer and happier. I am so pleased with the whole experience and results so far. I can't recommend Azz enough! From the moment Az arrived he was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Azz took the time to understand Buddy by observing his behaviours while also educating me. The progress we have made is excellent and Buddy is a much calmer dog. With the training now in full force, he has made a significant amount of progress. I cannot thank Azz enough for all his help and knowledge. Azz is worth every penny, I would highly recommend!

We have spent a month with our rescue dog living in the downstairs toilet. We haven't been able to put a lead on him or take him out for a walk at all, let alone share a space with us. Within a few hours Azz had Hector on a lead, and out for a walk, with Hector even sitting with us for a few minutes in the living room. We have a clear path to living the life we initially wanted when we rescued Hector and we couldn't be happier with the help and support Azz has provided. Not only was he fantastic during his visit but the continued support to ensure we are going in the right direction has been exceptional.

Aaron came to help us with our 8month old Beagle who was full of energy and the balance of control was in her favour. Within 4 hours I felt empowered to be able to put things in place to get control back, and after a couple of days we were enjoying her again. I can’t recommend him enough.

After finding a few behaviour issues with our staffy Vinny we watched a couple of videos with Azz and hoped he could help us. From the moment he stepped in the door he got to work on Vinny, he passed on alot of information which has already had a major change in vinnys day to day that's settled him into our home life and given us the tools to continue with support if needed.

Azz was fantastic. Myself and my partner were really struggling with our 1 year old frenchie - previously had quite a few sessions with a dog trainer. He was extremely reactive towards other dogs and pulled on lead. Azz did an awesome job of explaining the reasons why and steps we can take moving forward. We've already seen a huge improvement.

Azz was fantastic, there was no rush during our session and he took his time to clearly explain things and discuss some points we raised.
We also at our own pace went for a walk and he helped us correct where we needed to and reassured us. We feel really confident since our session and would have no hesitation going back to him and recommending him to others. Since our session we have had a follow up report and a phone call, he has said he is always at the end of the phone if we need him at any point. Fantastic.
