The guys who carried out the work were excellent. They did everything required and tidied up after. As for the price it was reasonable.

Had a young guy out for a quote for roughcasting on my house, was quoted £16,000 then a discounted price for £14,00 then a further "discounts at over £11,000. The guy was versed on a sales pitch wich was very pushy and off putting, used the toilet and asked for a drink. Very bizarre behaviour, reminded me of the old style window sales pitch wanted a deposit and did not have an option to think about it. I'm so glad I wasn't pulled into a 10 year payment contract. Ridiculous prices.

Got my house roughcasted and all went as explained to us all done with in two days the boys worked away made a great job and we are pleased with it

We got a quote from these guys about replacing the whole roof with new cement slates. Guy came up and measured up with his later without going the roof. Quoted for 130m squared which came to £24000. Said we could only afford £17000 and a phone call was made to his boss. Came back and said they could do it for £17200 within 5mins.
We agreed and paid deposit. Following day i went up on roof and measured with a tape that doesn't lie. Overall roof size came to 105m square. Spoke to the boss the following day to question this and he said he believed his employee to be right and my measurements were wrong. He agreed to disagree, whatever that meant.
We cancelled payment and went with a local roofer that actually looked at the roof properly. Be advised, you are being quoted for more roof than you think. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Very expensive quote.
Managed toget it down a bit.
Ver bad at communicstion.
Workmen appeared to do work with no scaffolding up!
On/off the job, mostly to do with the rain , I think!!
Scaffolding lay here , skip for five days no communcation
Did not used a safety chute debris going everywhere so much so neighbours commenting!

Contract was final payment before scaffolding was removed.
Within five minutes of men leaving, I had recieved final invoice requesting payment.
Had to be called back as flashing not in place properly at chimney, not hammered down and gutters fulll of nails.
As stated previously no communication.
They now had their money and did not give a jot!
Chasing up men came took down scaffolding and when asked when it was being removed, they drove away.
As I was going on Holiday I emailed and said I will not be held responsible
if anything had to happen to it while away.
What is worse is the holes that scaffolders had to drill to secure scaffolding are yet to be filled in despite assurances that they where coming on Friday 16th May.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, I should have witheld part of the payment until job was compleyed satisfactorily which it is clearly not!!!
A firm that clearly does not know nor neither cares how to communicate correctly with customers.
I would go as far as to say a parcel.of rogues!

I now know I could have had a great job done efficiently to the dot at least a couple of thousand cheaper by a local company.
As I stated in my last email I have spoken to a lawyer and I will be persuing this matter directly with her.

Surely it is in the companies best interests to complete a job satisfactory but clearly they do not give a jot and I will be telling everybody to avoid this parcel of rogues......that is being polite !

To date holes drilled to secure scaffolding still not been fiĺled in despite assurances from I assume a boss, however, I am not allowed to mention his name!!

As everybody knows, holes that size lead to water ingress and damage to the structure of the brickwork, detrimental to the stability of the house.
If not filled in within the next 2wks. I WILL be returning to my lawyer.

I do not know what more information you expect me to supply.
As, I feel I have given a very detailed , truthful account of how you carried out business in this case.

I will put a review elsewhere as company are not being responsive!

was very pleased with the work from the ease of purchasing,delivery of the products to the fitting of the roof also the cleaning up after the job was done.we will use them againwith future products they offer.

David came out and quoted us for our roughcast, he was extremely professional and well presented and offered us an amazing service

David has been explaining the details very well about quoting. He was able to give us a clear options of how we can be able to meet at ends.

Had my roof fitted by this company August last year, 4 months later a large section blew of, sending tiles everywhere wrecked 2 cars, damaged everything in the garden, and if I hadn't gotten home 5 minutes early from work my family would have been burying me for xmas. Phoned B-spoke to tell them what happened and sent pictures of the damage, I was told it was storm damage and to contact my buildings insurance. My buildings insurance had a report done which listed several roofing faults that caused my roof to fail and stated the roof would need stripped back and redone, I passed this report onto B-spoke, they said they would get back to me, they didn't, 2 months later I had to arrange with another company to get the roof repaired and fitted properly as it was still unsafe.

Had B-Spoke Group pop round tonight to give us a quote. Salesman was polite and friendly, and gave us good insight into the pricing and what the jobs entailed. Price was very reasonable. Very in-depth and thankful for his time. A great asset to this company! And he should be praised for how he works and conducts himself!

-negatives (time consuming) but understandable considering the information and the importance of the correct measurements/valuations.
- reading some of the feedback from customers whom have had work carried out has maybe planted a seed of doubt. .

New roof was installed with no hassles. The work was done quickly and to a good standard.

Thomas was very informative and talked us through all the options and the premium he product for sale.

The only reason we didn’t go forward, was currently it is out of budget and not immediately needing done

Roofing team were great said roof would be off and new roof on in 2 days kept there word great job great finish .Rab the gaffer was polite helpful and kept me informed.the job was a little frustrating due to materials coming first followed by skip then scaffold .Lyndsay in office was most helpful and replied to all emails

One time deal sales tactics, they were in our living room for hours! The sales pitch took forever and I didn't think they were going to leave! We decided to go with them as the quote seemed reasonable and they had all of their accreditation badges etc. They came and did the work, whole new roof, However, when the plastic edging they put on started to come away we contacted them to come fix it. They said they were coming but never did (multiple times). I have called repeatedly and sent several emails (Nov24 to Mar25). On top of that some tiles look like they have shifted. When finally (months later, Mar25) someone came to take a LOOK, that was it, weeks later nothing is fixed (Apr25). I wouldn't go with this group questionable workmanship and no followup care.

Had Thomas Holland at my house tonight to give me a quote for a new roof. Thomas was very polite, professional and really easy to talk to when discussing sensitive money matters.
Thomas is a credit to the company.

This company told me that my roughcasting needed a complete renewal. The lad that came out was polite, but had no experience, everything he said was written down on his tablet. I had a real workman out a few weeks later, who said there was only one small patch that needed repairing and explained how it was done. Avoid at all costs

From start to finish the service we received was first class. Work carried out was done efficiently and to a very high standard. Talked us through each step that was taking place and independent quality checks were organised by then after job was completed. Very pleased with the outcome and would recommend
