Problem free everything!
The booking process via phone was very easy. The hotels and car rentals were waiting for us on arrival. The receiving of all update emails/texts/Whatapp was a very comforting thing to do. Staff in booking and support were extremely helpful and never waited long to talk with anyone.

Very helpful for our last minute trip.
Our trip was very last minute and they did a great job being super responsive. They didn’t mind planning a trip for literally the next day. When we couldn’t find the rental car, my agent even answered the phone to help walk me through it.

Prompt service with recommendations to…
I was thrilled with the prompt service and attention to detail for our trip. I was appreciative of the recommendation to shift our departure date by 1 day to save a substantial amount of money. Mario also recommended adding an additional island to our visit - Sao Jorge (for one day) since we will be visiting Faial and Pico. We are excited for our upcoming trip! We also used Azores Getaways to plan our trip to Madeira and Sao Miguel in April 2026 - we had a fantastic time!

The booking agent was very helpful
The booking agent was very helpful, answered many of my questions, clearly explained expectations. The only downside was the package cost increase suddenly by $450 in last 10 min of booking.
