Axis Gaming LTD Anmeldelser

Really good , got the package fairly quick , in great condition and so where the packs , and managed to get an SIR out of one of the packs so buzzing , would defo recommend

My order arrived very quickly but had unfortunately become open during transit, meaning 1 of the items had fallen out. I messaged on Facebook regarding this and was sent out a replacement straight away! Would highly recommend Axis Gaming.

Sent me a damaged item. They asked if the packaging was damaged too, I informed them it was not. They then tried to claim I'd be responsible for return postage (their policies do not trump UK Consumer Rights laws). Then went mysteriously silent when I pointed this out. (My reply was on Weds and it's now Sun.)

Wish I didn't have to leave this feedback, but don't have much choice at this point.

Ships out really quickly, the packaging used fits through my letterbox which is a really great bonus to me as I don't have to wait at home. I really like that steps are being taken to combat bots, and that there are order limits to stop people buying out all the stock. Great communication.

Super quick delivery even with the bank holiday, it arrived while I was on holiday but it’s all turned up pristine. Seriously can’t thank them enough

Very helpful and friendly customer service. Very quick delivery timing. Fantastic all round !

Absolute joke of a company. Cancelled all my orders because a discount code they implemented didn’t work twice. Now I’ve got to wait for a lot of money to get refunded. Nice one!

Brilliant as always. Got nice Pulls!

I've used Axis a few times now and cannot fault them. Amazing pre-order service. Products arrived on release date via Royal Mail. Kept up to date with delivery notifications all the way through. Great discount on product that is extremely hard to beat! Would highly recommend.

Great independent store.
Will always buy from this place.

Always an excellent experience from Axis Gaming, great communication surrounding my order and quickly dispatched!

10/10 people fast delivery, good customer service, and I can tell they don’t weigh booster boxes because the one I got was a little too good

Axis Gaming are always brilliant! Quick delivery and great packaging. Cannot fault them ☺️

Great family run company, always fair and honest when it comes to new Pokemon releases. They're making sure product gets into the hands of the collectors and not resellers, which I fully support. Was lucky enough to get an email to buy an ASC ETB and whilst I didn't pull anything super rare, was still a fun experience and I enjoyed seeing the new cards :) Thank you AXIS!! X

Great process to enable a fair chance for people to get product. Great communication and quick delivery. Thanks

Very professional and a great service. Good communication. Fair pricing and a credit to the community.

Axis Gaming has been a go to for all my TCG needs from One Piece to Pokemon the stock is always there and prices are always fair cannot fault them at all!

Axis Gaming is one of the fairest, most reputable companies in the collectibles and games space. They don’t charge above RRP and they do far more than the majority of businesses to combat the scalper/bot problem plaguing the trading card space. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better place to buy trading cards.

Amazing!! Packaging and delivery is spot on. It was my first time ordering TCG from Axis gaming, they are solid!
