They Mess Up and Then Don’t Listen
The process of correcting incorrect orders and misprints is terrible. They do not listen to their customers. I have been emailing back and forth with them for three weeks trying to correct three orders. I told them I don’t want a refund and that I’d prefer reprints. I’m writing in clear English and being very direct in my requests but nevertheless, they have issued refunds. But because they don’t refund the cost of shipping as far as I can tell, I’m out money because they won’t reprint. What a nightmare! And none of this would be a problem if they would have gotten these orders right in the first place. Avoid!
RUN - do not use
RUN! Do not use this company. I sent 3 orders to them in 2 days to test them out. It has been 2 weeks and they are still "processing". I have had to refund my customer because no one should have to wait 3 weeks for a tshirt from an American supplier. That's a $90 lost sale, plus the loss of the orders from AS because they won't allow me to cancel or reroute to my home. I am so glad I just did a small test or this could have been even costlier. There customer service takes 2-3 days to respond - if they respond at all and they just give you a lame excuse "quality control failure". Those in POD know there is no such thing. This is the cr*p that Printify use to use and why I left them. I am just so upset at this and the complete lack of transparenc

I absolutely love this item! The fabric feels so soft and high-quality, and the fit is perfect. I ordered a size s for my son, and it fits just as expected. The color is exactly what I hoped for, and it looks even better in person than in the pictures. I wore it for the first time yesterday, and it was so comfortable and stylish—definitely received a lot of compliments! Highly recommend this piece to anyone looking for the style. I’m already thinking about buying more from this brand!

I consistently have placement/color problems…
I consistently have placement problems and now discoloration. For instance, logos that have been done before in red successfully are now coming out in Orange. The template placement I create is different from final placement and what I receive; too high to the neck line...2-2.5" from neck line is way too high. I haven't been able to advertise because I don't trust your process yet. Quality apparel isn't the problem, ease of use of website isn't the problem, it's the cost in shipping, the time to resolve issues and lack of close enough to template placement vs end product. Production is where my issues always are. And nothing has changed in all my communications with customer service. I keep trying hoping it will all come together but I'm losing faith in the results.

Tech support is under educated. When I contacted support, I was told several things that weren't true as well as it states USD as indicated by the $ symbol.
A universal symbol used for many currencies.
On the positive side, their turn around time was impressive, especially over the holiday period.

I love your prices
I love your prices. I made an order for three printed T-shirts on Dec. 8. I did not get them until after Christmas. They only had 2023 Christmas deadlines on website so not sure if I ordered in time. The shirts looked great at first with the printing having really heavy layer of ink but with one wash it all cracked up and looks terrible. Not sure what happened with printing or turn around time.

I have trusted Awkward Styles for over two years now.
Their prices are really competitive, the quality of the prints is pretty good (according to my customers), and they are willing to refund or send you a new order if the print is faulty. They sometimes have delays during peak seasons in previous years but they usually resolve them quickly.
However, the worst started at the end of September this year. They sent me a notice that they had a power outage, which caused a delay in shipping a bunch of my orders. The delay was about 7 days. I shared this with my customers and luckily, my customers were understanding and willing to wait. But I had to explain to each one of them, with promises to them without knowing when their orders would be shipped. It was a frustrating experience.
The nightmare continued as this year's peak season began. I had a boom year and after the incident, I still trusted AWS and placed a large number of orders from them for my customers.
Most of these orders were delayed by at least 2 days. I had quite a few orders that were created before December 10th but they almost forgot about them. I emailed them every few days, pointing out the orders that were overdue and asking them to process them faster. I always got a reply from AWS Support that they had noted it and would notify the production department to speed up the process. But nothing changed.
I waited week after week. My customers were waiting for their orders to make gifts for Christmas and New Year. They were impatient and texted me every day. I was happy about the number of orders, but also tired of waking up every day to face customers' questions and expectations. I sometimes had to lie to them. I felt guilty.
But the orders were not shipped on time. There were orders that were just shipped on December 27th, when they were placed before the 10th. AWS really ruined the holidays for my customers, and for me. I, in my last hope, searched for a new supplier, placed new orders, and chose the fastest shipping method at a high price. Just hoping the orders would reach my customers before the holidays this year.
I spent a lot of money compared to my profit, just to compensate my customers. My rating on the marketplace also dropped. I even got a warning and I had angry customers message me saying they were really angry and would never buy from my store again. And AWS, I don't understand what they were thinking, trying to fulfill orders that were 20 days overdue. Why haven't they thought about compensating their users like me. I even used their Pro plan. And got BAD SERVICE.

Good Experience for My Side Hustle
I purchased blanks for a DIY project before Christmas for my side hustle, and I'm very pleased with my experience. The items were good quality and arrived on time, which was great. The ordering and delivery process was smooth.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. I am not sure how this company is still around. I have never owned a company myself but at least I understand the basics of how to help your customers and provide excellent customer service. My queries are never answered on time. I have no idea when is my order estimated to ship. There is no timeline anywhere.
Please make sure you don’t use them. Last holidays I ended up using them. But this holiday I decided to stay away. I just have one order through them this holiday season, and no idea when will it ship. If you want to save money in refunding your customers please stay away from them.

I wish I read the reviews before giving this POD company a try. They are not shipping the orders out. Everything is stuck in processing. I've refunded my customers because their orders won't make it on time.
If you are not able to fulfil the orders, then don't accept new orders! The greed is mind boggling. They would rather destroy your business and sink with you than be honest with their fulfilment times.
