Disappointed
When the item arrived it was supposed to be engraved and it was not. Within 2 hours of my wearing the ring a stone fell out. The turquoise was not the same as the picture. And the stone was very lackluster. It Looked like an imitation stone. The customer service was very helpful and responded quickly. I did have to return the ring my wife was to disappointed.

My ring is gorgeous
My ring is gorgeous! The pink center stone is a beautiful color. The stones on each side are clear & white. I ordered the wrong size so I’m having it sized. It is 925 Sterling Silver. My only complaint would be that it took so long to receive (approximately 3 weeks).

My experience was made great because i loved the gift but it was the wrong size. However the problem was immediately resolved.
My experience was made great because I was buying a meaningful gift for my son. His wrist is small and I got in touch with customer service to see if I could return it for a smaller size. The company got back to me immediately and helped me resolve my problem. I will be purchasing more gifts.
