Care and Communication - Penultimate!
After weeks of research I chose Awareness Avenue. Their lifetime warranty, user friendly site and a wide selection of jewelry sold me. What I didn't anticipate was the professional, prompt and friendly customer service. After selecting a center ring, (the Alina) I also ordered 2 bands to flank both sides. I was unsure the bands would sit flush against the center ring and sent an email inquiry. Staff immediately reached out to the design team and got back to me within hours! I can't wait to receive my rings & I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and genuine care/concern offered by this company.

Excellent customer service! Ordering was easy (as long as you are certain of size!) We gave the bracelet to our Grandson for his 16th birthday. He loves bed it! Then he saw the message inside and was genuinely so touched, and said he would “wear it always”. Nothing better than that!

Gaslighting company,, Lies galore
I ordered some jewelry 6 days ago, I contacted customer support as their website says a tracking number will be provided within 1-2 business days. My order is standard, not custom. I sent an email requesting the tracking, and it has been 30 hours and no response, although the site says a reply should be received within 12 hours of emailing support. Tomorrow will be 7 days since I’ve paid for the items, and I’ve yet to receive tracking. I’ve requested a refund, as the system says still processing and not shipped yet. Very disappointing.
Update: I received an email from the support department saying they’re sorry for the delay, and they have to contact the warehouse to cancel the order. Once the warehouse confirms the cancel then they can process the refund. They failed to give a reason for the delay. At this point, it has been 7 calendar days, with no tracking, no refund, no reason for the delay, and a “thank you for your patience”. Also the phone number on the site does not work. They claim to have a Wyoming office, but they’re based in China.

I have a personal email saying that the reason it didn’t get shipped was ffrom an unusually large volume of orders. It was never mentioned on their communication to me that it was custom made to order. That’s bull, because it wasn’t mentioned to me in private, but actually said in public.
Secondly, your email said 5-7 business days for the refund. This says 2-3 days. Your company loves to word play. And play with customer’s intelligence.

Why there was a delay: While we do have standard in-stock items that ship within 1-2 business days, the Radiant Cut 2Pcs Moissanite Ring Set you selected is made-to-order. Because our jewelers craft these sets manually from scratch for each client, they require 10-15 business days for production before they are ready for shipment. I am so sorry this production timeline was not made clearer to you at checkout or in our previous emails!
Your Cancellation: We have successfully contacted the warehouse, halted production, and fully canceled your order as requested.
Your Refund: A full refund has been officially processed on our end. You will see those funds returned to your original payment method within 2-3 business days, depending on your bank's specific processing times.

I came across this shop on the Shop app. They have this amazing mx of funky and classy and unique. Their customer service is wonderful as well. I had changed my mind about canceling an order. Beautiful ring and great customer service
My husband ordered me a ring for Christmas. It was beautiful and well made. We needed to exchange it for a new size and material and the process was easy and quick. The original ring was so beautiful and I know the new one will be just as good. Can’t wait to get it and begin to wear it everyday. Michelle who helped us with the whole process was amazing and responded very quickly. Only issue we had was when paying the invoice for the difference in price there was a page error but Michelle was quick to respond and correct it.

For one, they advertise that the business is on Wyoming. That’s a lie. It’s in China. 2nd, they said when I ordered at the beginning of December, items would be here by Christmas. That was also a lie. My card was also comprised in the day I ordered from them.

About your order: you’re right to be upset. This was a stock item, and the delay wasn’t due to production — it was caused by shipping networks being overwhelmed during the peak holiday period. Even when parcels are dispatched on time, carriers can slow down with limited flight capacity, backlogs, and delayed scans. That said, we should have communicated better and more proactively, rather than leaving you feeling misled.
Regarding your card being compromised: We take that seriously. We do not store or see full card details, and payments are handled through PCI-compliant payment processors. Still, if you see suspicious activity, the right first step is to contact your bank immediately — and we also want to review what we can on our side (order logs, checkout activity, and anything unusual).

I’m extremely disappointed with Awareness Avenue.
My order took far longer than what was represented at checkout, with little to no proactive communication. When I followed up, responses were slow and vague.
The company claims their jewelry is “made to order,” but nothing about my experience reflected a custom production timeline. The delays felt more like poor inventory or fulfillment management, not handcrafted production.
Their no-refund policy is rigid and customer-unfriendly, especially when orders haven’t shipped yet. Policies like this might protect the company, but they place all the risk on the customer.
Between the extended wait times, misleading expectations, and inflexible policies, this was not a premium shopping experience. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if timing, transparency, or customer service matter to you.

At checkout and again in our confirmation email, we state the production timeline is 15–20 business days (plus shipping). Since your order was placed on December 11, 2025, we were still within that stated production window during our conversation.
That said, we absolutely understand why the Christmas deadline mattered to you, and we also recognize that we could have handled the situation with more warmth and clearer proactive updates. When someone is buying a gift, timing and reassurance matter — and it’s on us to communicate better.
Regarding cancellations/refunds: because customized pieces are started shortly after purchase and are produced specifically for the customer, our policy allows cancellations only within 24 hours. This is not meant to shift “all risk” to the customer, but to reflect the real cost and commitment involved once production begins. The 20 day delivery is exactly the time it takes to ship from China. Once they have your payment, you are chatting with a chat bot with circular responses. Say goodbye to your money.

Do not buy from Them. They’re scammers
Reading the reviews shows that this company is surely a scam company.
Firstly I placed an order on September 30th.
Only to be told afterwards that it takes 15-20 work days. An information that’s no where in their website.
15-20 work days has since passed. I got a notification on October 23 that a “shipping label created”. Till date, November 1st it hasn’t updated.
Their support claims it had shipped and it wasn’t just being updated.
They also claimed it’ll take 5-7 days to deliver to my address.
However on calling the shipper today November 1st, 9 days after it’s supposedly shipped. Shipper says they didn’t receive any package (9 days after!!!!!)
Subsequent emails to support requesting for a refund has not been repoed to.
This was to be a ring for my engagement which I’ve rescheduled twice and seems would need to reschedule again thanks to this scammer website.
But from them at your own peril.
Ps: I’m expecting they’d come justify their scammer behavior.

Many of our rings (including customized sizes/finishes) are made-to-order. Production typically takes 15–20 business days (Mon–Fri) before shipping. Your order, placed on September 30, entered production immediately and reached the shipping stage near the end of that month.
About the “label created” status:
A label was generated on October 23. With international hand-offs, tracking can show “label created” until the first physical scan at the express hub. That gap does not mean the parcel wasn’t moving; it’s a scan-visibility delay that can happen when freight is consolidated.
Current status:
Your parcel has shipped via FedEx Express—we’ve just emailed you the tracking link—and it’s scheduled for delivery on Monday, November 10. If you need the package held at a FedEx location or delivered at a specific time, reply to our email and we’ll help set that up.
Support & next steps:
I’m sorry your follow-up emails didn’t get a timely reply. We’ve prioritized your thread. If anything isn’t perfect upon arrival, we’ll make it right according to our policy—please reply to the tracking email, and we’ll assist you immediately.
