I misread a speaker stand description and received a single stand. I requested an additional speaker stand and asked if they would consider charging me the price for a pair instead of a single one which would have been a higher total. They were very kind and accommodating. George was very helpful and I was charged the lower price difference.
Thank you!

Great price and the turn around time was good. I got my speakers in a short time.

Found an excellent price here for my speaker stand, shipping was quick & communication was top notch. Thankya!

Delivery

This company did everything they could to make sure we got our product - FedEx kept messing up the delivery so they shipped it with a different company. Thanks for the extra mile!

They said the order had shipped. Its been two weeks and still nothing. The Canada post tracking number they gave was invalid and Canada Post has no record of the shipment. After reading other reviews with the exact same issue, I don't think that the item had ever shipped and that this is a SCAM. The order was placed through BEST BUY and they won't even take any responsibility for their affiliates

Great product , great price and fast free shipping, can’t ask for better than that

Good service and honesty...Service was excelent and will do business again if needed.....Have a good day

I phoned the company to be sure they had the item I wanted to purchase in stock. I was told yes. So I ordered it via Amazon and within minutes received a confirmation from AVgrear that my order was received and my purchase would be on its way via FedEx.
This is the 2nd childs desk I have ordered from AVgear and both experiences were perfect.
Thank you.

Well, I never got the item I wanted, but we agreed on something else. That's not so bad, but I had to contact them after a while to see why my purchase wasn't shipped. It was only then that I was informed that the item I purchased wasn't available. A bit iffy, I suppose. Not sure if I will be a return customer or not.

Excellent service and fast shipping. Competitive prices.

Cancelled my order then raised the price. Seems like a scam seller. Buyer beware.

Upgraded headphones when oversold on the model ordered, and provided a partial refund when only 1 of 3 cables ordered arrived (out of stock). Customer service was a little slow, but made sure I was okay with substitution and not overcharged.

The product was as described. The price was great. The shipping took a little longer than I would have preferred, but it was worth the wait.

Awesome service. Delivered on time. No issues so far. Product exactly what I ordered.

Ordered a speaker...and then after the weekend received my shipment notice. After following the tracking number for over a week it suddenly said it would be delayed with no reason given. Contacted the company who emailed that they didn't even have any in stock and issued me a refund. No other emails were answered. Not sure when they were going to tell me the product I got a shipping notice for was never shipped and wasn't even in stock. Prompt refund so that was the one good thing but otherwise not a good experience.

Great service ! Had a problem with the delivery company and the people AVgearshop were very helpful and took care of the mather right away.

Would definitely buy again !

Great gear. I purchased refurbished. But the 6 speakers were brand new. Perfect condition.

Was looking for some speaker wire. They had a great option on sale with free shipping. It shipped right away and arrived no problem. Good first experience.
