We are very disappointed with the support and after-sales service from AVgearshop.com. No response after 2 weeks and 3 emails to obtain an authorization number for return merchandise. It is clear to us that they are not respecting their return policy.

Bought an open box Grado SR60X and though the box was not in great shape the headphones themselves looked brand new and they even provided a decent carry bag. Was shipped relatively quickly too.

They came through for me when there was no more stock of my item and gave me a free upgrade, I highly recommend them.
