Great at the opening sell. Their rota app is alright. Hr helpline is ok, documents are crap. They said they would rewrite mine and add into the tailored documents and just sent me generic ones that are basic. Wouldn’t recommend just get yourself an advisor and a rota app.

I would like to mention that Aislinn Browne a member of the HR team who has been incredibly supportive throughout my experience. They have consistently gone out of their way to help, taking the time to listen and provide clear, practical guidance whenever needed.
Her knowledge in the field has really shown, in the past 2 years I knew she was there if I had any problems which she always sorted out quickly and gave me direction.
Their approachable manner and genuine willingness to assist made a real difference, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. It’s reassuring to know there is someone so dedicated and responsive within the team.

We have a dedicated advisor who I can speak with re any issues we are facing, even if it's just to run something by them.

Our advisor is extremely knowledgeable and so are the team putting together our Staff Handbook and policies.

Everything is easy to understand and advice is given at basic level or indepth, depending on what suits you. I have worked in HR for a long time and am able to pick up the phone and say "I'm thinking of doing ....." and get advice on what I'm planning to do; alternatively, if you have very little HR knowledge you can get information and advice on how to proceed.

As a small business the contract terms and conditions from avensure are unfair, and ensure lockin for long periods, with a very small window for termination at a future point in 4 yrs time for you to remember. This increases the likelihood of paying large termination fees on the sale or closure of the business, with robust process to ensure they receive the additional full 5 years renewal period.

Services from individual HR agents is really good, albeit relying on templates.

Recommend everyone has calendar reminders for exit clause windows!!
