Sonia is absolutely amazing, very caring, with outstanding professional service and super knowledgable, lovely consulting rooms. So glad I found her (worth the travel to), I’ll certainly be back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for any treatments she offers. Fear needles no more - she’s a needle magic fairy :) I had Hayfever jab and Vit B12 and plan to return for further cosmetic treatments.

I went hoping to get the hayfever jab and Sonia was very professional and thorough through the consultation.
Reassuringly, she needed to be sure the symptoms I was suffering were severe enough and the avenues I’d explored for treatment had eliminated all other options.
The hayfever jab itself has been an absolute game changer and I can once again enjoy the summer.
Will certainly revisit as and when required.

She was incredibly kind, took the time to explain everything in detail, and made me feel completely at ease—I honestly didn't feel the injections at all. I have had 2 visits to Avenir at Riverside Pharmacy, Rickmansworth. Sonia, is professional, very informative, thorough and friendly and I am really pleased with results (mole removal & mapping). Only 1 area needed treatment which was covered in the first visit cost.

I recently went to Sonia to get the hayfever injection. She was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. We sat and spoke about the injection and if it was right for me based on my symptoms and any potential side effects. She gave me an in-depth consultation which was very helpful in my understanding of how the injection works. The injection process was smooth, Sonia was gentle and made sure I was okay afterwards. It is now 5 days past and can already tell a difference in my symptoms and no side effects! I highly recommend going to Sonia, the service felt personalised and professional throughout.

Sonia was incredibly professional and made the whole process so easy. She took time to help me understand possible side effects from the injection I had for hayfever. I had appointment booked with Sonia at the Rickmansworth High Street Clinic at 10.25 am this morning. Unfortunately unexpectedly I stuck in traffic on my way to her and was late by 10min. I was told by pharmacist that as I am late Sonia can’t see me anymore.
I felt very upset a disappointed!! I took a day off to be able to come for this visit.
I wouldn’t be using Sonia services any more.
I ended up with no visit and no work day. So I lost double today. What a waste of the day… and thinking that I was late by 10min ..
Dear Sonia - pls make yourself ready and allow the 10-15 min break in-between your appointments, as your customers might be late sometimes - even if it’s not their fold!!

I met Sonia recently and she is really lovely. She explained everything clearly and was very patient when answering my questions.
I had great treatment and intend on going back again!

Sonia in the Rickmansworth clinic is very professional, a calming presence. She makes sure she has all the information before she goes ahead with the vitamin boosts, and I never noticed the jab, which is always a huge plus. The boost also really does work, as I feel refreshed and energised for several weeks after. 10/10 experience.

Sonia is very knowledgeable and goes out of her way to put you at ease and explain everything in detail before you commit to anything. There is no hard sell which I liked. She is very responsive and helpful in aftercare. Thanks Sonia!
