Disappointing Product and Unsatisfactory Customer Service – Buyers Beware

I am extremely disappointed with both my experience with Avandai and the way my complaint has been handled. I received an entirely different product from the one I ordered, and when I raised the issue, I was informed that the maximum refund available without returning the item was just 50%. To receive a full refund, I would have to return the item to the address provided in China, at my own expense, despite the error being entirely on the seller’s side.

I cannot comment on the quality of the product I originally ordered, as I never received it. However, the item I did receive was of extremely poor quality, which only added to my disappointment.

What I find particularly frustrating is that the proposed resolution places the burden of correcting the seller’s mistake on the customer. Not only am I left dealing with the inconvenience of arranging an international return, but I am also expected to pay for the privilege of getting my money back in full.

My advice to potential buyers is to proceed with caution. Consider carefully whether the product is worth the risk of disappointment and the potential difficulties of resolving any issues should something go wrong.

Based on my experience, I am dissatisfied with both the product received and the customer service provided. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to read reviews carefully and think twice before placing an order. I will be escalating to trading standards.

I had a terrible experience with Avandai. Due to a major glitch on their poorly designed website, my single order was replicated three times, resulting in four identical orders being processed and charged.

I emailed their customer support immediately after noticing the error, but they refused to cancel or correct it, claiming the items had already been shipped. I tried calling their phone number multiple times, but no one ever answered. Subsequent emails sent to address the issue went completely unanswered.

When the products finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor—cheaply made in China and not at all as expected. Given their total lack of communication and terrible service, I am reluctant to send the items back out of fear that I will lose both the products and my money without receiving a refund.

I am reporting this company to Trading Standards. Save yourself the stress and money—avoid Avandai at all costs!

Although my parcel was damaged on arrival Avandai worked with me and have a 100% refund which was very much appreciated.
