We pick up our car without any delays. For some reasonable price we get a slightly bigger and better car
- Peugeot 2008, with all season tires (which was very useful as we were traveling through the mountains in the winter time). We had no issues with the car, low consumption. Return of the car went also very smoothly. Staff was very helpful!

Excelente servizio in banco, agente molto amabile, in pochi minuti trovo la soluzione che voleva incluso meglio di quello che aspettava. Ho capito che e meglio fare l'assicurazione con loro, le franchiggie si azzerano e sopratutto sei tranquillo. L'autovettura in buone condizione di pulizia. Il rientro fu veloce. Di sicuro noleggiare un'altra volta con loro.

I have arrived at the airport milan Linate late in the evening. I have booked and payed my reservation in advance, with a full coverage insurance. At the desk a lady named Laura did my checkin, everything seemed fine until my credit card was run through the POS for the deposit. Then I have been asked if I have insurance: I have said yes I do have a full coverage. Then suddenly everything changed, the employee said to me that my credit card doesn’t work. I have tried my pin twice. I have also checked it in the cards app, and I had the correct one. While I was struggling to find another company or another solution I came back and the desk employee showed me the reciepts of my credit card. I calmed myself down to find a logic and there it was: the transaction was CANCELLED not rejected(probably on purpose when taking the pos in her hand)I have used my credit card later at the hotel, it was working just fine. From what I have read from other customers they charge the people who don’t take the full insurance. I was probably not the case so I got “rejected” there at a late hour. I am still trying to cancel my reservation and to get my money back(they have told me they cannot cancel it in their system). I do think there is something fishy with this company and I am hoping to that more people will read this. Advice if you are there and being told that your credit card doesn’t work, was rejected or blocked by the bank how they have told me: keep eyecontact on the POS. Take the transaction receipt even if they lie to you in your face that it’s rejected(and yes it does have an impact on people and they know that, just trust yourself) buy something small on a store nearby and ask for the receipt.

Renter with this company due to the initial price quoted. Quickly became evident why they were cheapest option. Pick up point was miles from the airport and no shuttle which was initially quoted.

When we finally arrived at the pick up, they couldn’t provide the vehicle they quoted so had to make do with a smaller vehicle. At the desk they asked me to sign acceptance on current vehicle damage, without walking me around the car to review current damages, the gentleman stated that if there’s any additional damages that aren’t documented, just take a picture as evidence when we drop the car back. I thought this was very questionable, so decide to video record the car prior to leaving. The video picked up several dents, scratches etc..

When we dropped the car back, it was inspected for 20 minutes, the bloke identified a stone chip that was not documented on pick up. He took me back inside and suggested that I needed to pay €720 to rectify this, I was furious, I refused due to a stone chip being general wear and tear. I then reviewed the video that I took on pick up, when I paused the video I could see that the stone chip was already there on pick up. I showed this to them, they then called their supervisor. The supervisor inspected the video and then allowed me to sign a document retrospectively to disclose that the damage was present on pick up.

After flying back on, I waited 5 days for my deposit to be reimbursed, which it was. Around 2 weeks later, I had an invoice from them, requesting I pay €720. I continued to dispute this via email and provided the video evidence. Their responses continued, stating that they would still be charging me, their English was very poor and hard to understand, due to this I asked them to call me. This correspondence repeated for around 4 weeks, until they decided not to respond anymore.

4 months later, they charged my credit card for €700 without giving me any correspondence. I have since tried to call them and email them, and been unable to get a response.

Please avoid at all costs!!

****** Update - Acovia have provided a response that I signed an agreement to the damages. This is incorrect, I signed a document disputing that I caused the damages and provided evidence that the damage was already there. If anyone would like evidence of this, please feel free to reach out. I wouldn’t want anyone else scammed by this company.

Staff giovane e cortese, servizio rapido ed efficiente.

Ho apprezzato la comodità dell'ufficio all'interno dell'aeroporto e sopratutto la gentilezza ed efficenza del personale al banco ed al punto di prelievo/restituzione dell'auto. La macchina era in ottime condizioni e sono stato avvisato che non conteneva il pieno di carburante (esaurientemente segnalkato nel contratto). Al rientro ho fatto presente di aver riempito il serbatoio più del dovuto (livello di presa in carico) ed ho apprezzato che sia stato rilevato ed indicato nel documento di restituzione l'effettivo livello con l'assicurazione che quanto speso in più mi sarebbe stato accreditato sulla carta.
Se anche questo passaggio dovesse andare a buon fine, non posso che consigliare la compagnia e considerare eccellente il servizio ricevuto.
