wir sind am anfang etwas über die preise gestolpert, denn die dienstleistung ist nicht gerade billig. aber dafür bekommt man auch die qalität, die einem versprochen wird. es lohnt sich also, an dieser stelle nicht zu sparen. und im ganzen paket ist ja auch noch der service drum herum enthalten, sprich beratungen und so. wenn man nicht ganz im thema drin ist, bekommt man alles gut erklärt

Versendet Spam / Werbemails ohne vorherige Einwilligung. Erstens nicht erlaubt, zweitens auch mit Abmahnung keine Änderung ... spammen jede Seite per Mail an / ich rate jedem, die Seite auf die Blacklist zu setzen. Die Datenschutzbehörde ist informiert.

Sind 2 Jahre später immer noch zufriedene Kunden. Manchmal werden von den gebuchten Keywords minimal weniger angezeigt (Z.B. 9 von 10), aber passt. Wenn man Fragen hat, ist der Support immer sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet in der Regel auch schnell. Wir haben mit 10 Keywords angefangen und diese dann in den letzten zwei Jahren immer mal wieder erhöht. Können es also sehr weiterempfehlen.

Charged me 199€ for "instalation fees". Never heard from them again
Charged me 199€ for "instalation fees", and asured us that as soon as we ranked in the suggestion google box, they would charge us a monthly fee. This was on the 8th of september of 2022.
Have not heard anything from them since, even after several emails.
Clearly a Scam to rip off 199€
Update: 2 months later and several complaints later, they tell me that I already have my keyword positioned...only that it is not the one we agreed on. During this period they have written me emails asking me to remove this valuation, and they have even claimed it to Trustpilot claiming that I am not their client, when they know perfectly well that I am, as I have dozens of emails and several invoices from this company.
Although they have wasted my time, I have sent all this information to TrustPilot so that this review remains active. Perhaps they should put more effort into providing the service they say they do and less effort into trying to keep unhappy customer reviews from showing up.

thank you for your review and first things first, our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Regarding the lack of communication:
Directly after ordering, you received an email with an order confirmation outlining in detail the keyword(s) ordered and costs, an email with the invoice and a third email with your login credentials to our customer area. I can also see that you logged in a few times albeit infrequently.
After your keyword was successfully listed, an automated email was sent with the good news. The current listing status can always be tracked in the customer area.
I can further see that several tickets have been opened with our support staff and all seem to have been answered. Maybe this is some issue with our mails being flagged as spam - our apologies in any case.
Regarding the delays:
Listing a keyword takes some time and we say so transparently in our FAQ (https://www.autosuggest.net/faq/) and usually also mention that in all offers we make. We are transparent about this. You were not charged for that period.
We could at first not identifiy you as a client as there are several people in our system with that name.
Your account with AutoSuggest was still active during the time of the writing of this review until today and logins still happening. We have now canceled your subscription, as I can also see that this account is used only for negative reviews.
We are sorry if something went wrong and wish you well. All the best and once again apologies.

Ich bin von der Zusammenarbeit mit AutoSuggest absolut überzeugt. Von der Anfrage bis zur Nachbetreuung alles sehr nett und hilfsbereit gelaufen. Werden definitiv weitere Keywords dazubuchen, vor allem, weil die Ergebnisse sich schneller gezeigt haben als erwartet. Wir haben das Gefühl, uns jetzt von anderen Agenturen in der Branche abzuheben und mehr kann man ja eigentlich auch nicht verlangen….

Works well
We are an agency and are very happy with this service.
Yep, of course, not everything here is perfect, but it works quite well. Sometimes it takes 3 months until the keywords get listed, but once they are listed we are happy with the amount of traffic we get via this channel.
As already mentioned, we book this for a few of our clients and will continue to use it.

Sent spam to my private e-mail address…
Sent spam to my private e-mail address which can't even be found online anymore. I believe autosuggest.net bought a list of e-mail addresses and is just sending random advertising to all of them.
They sent their e-mail from @autosuggest-mails.net and linked to auto-suggest-search.eu which redirects to autosuggest.net, probably to avoid having their real domain autosuggest.net being flagged as spam?

Autosuggest.net displays unprofessional, illegal business practices
Sent a very much unwanted and as such illegal cold e-mail to my private inbox which they crawled from a private satirical website. Highly unprofessional and likely very telling about their business practice in general.
/UDPATE (Sep 28 2022):
After writing this review, Autosuggest claimed that this review wasn't legitimate, so I happily verified it towards Trustpilot.
Using the information I provided for verification purposes, the CEO of Autosuggest stalked my LinkedIn profile, found out where I worked, and sent an e-mail to my employer (who has nothing to do with this situation since all previous interaction was 100% private) claiming that I was spreading misinformation. This is literally libel and I reported him to the police.
DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY.
/UDPATE (Sep 30 2022):
Autosuggest's CEO reached out to me and offered to pay me a four-digit sum to remove this review while simultaneously threatening me with legal action lol.
There was another negative review (1/5 stars) on Trustpilot which had also been flagged by Autosuggest, then verified by the author, and now it has been removed - I'm assuming that Autosuggest either bought them off or threatened with legal action here, too.

You can see that Autosuggest are scrambling to put together an answer to this review after they have tried to take it down multiple times. That didn't work because them contacting me has been VERIFIED by Trustpilot.
They're making up some weird stuff - my occupation has nothing to do with them contacting me. They didn't even know about it at the time. The contact was made by taking an e-mail address from a non-indexed private website. They are making up excuses to try and hide their shady business practices.
Autosuggest took my private information without permission and unwarrantedly contacted my employer. It's dreadful and the police investigation as well as a GDPR investigation are currently underway. I would be ashamed to even try to defend that behavior if I were them.

What happened was this: a member of our team reached out to you with an introduction to AutoSuggest.
At that time you were the “Head of Search” at a marketing firm and it did not seem completely unreasonable to assume you would be interested — AutoSuggest is quite popular with marketing agencies focussing both on organic and paid acquisition.
We also thought it would be part of your job actually: evaluating, testing, and scaling ideas for campaigns are typical tasks of a “Head of Search”.
It also can hardly be the first time you receive an email from a company pitching to you. We’re sorry if we made you mad but really, it was just an email.
We reported your review to Trustpilot because you were not a client and the review was clearly intended to harm, not to inform.
We regret trying to reach you via your company mail but even then your statement seems exaggerated: there were only two people working at your firm, including you.
We apologize for reaching out and trying to resolve things in a normal manner. That mistake of ours was because we thought the whole thing was a misunderstanding and we could simply talk with you and sort it out.
We do still feel your review is unfair but we will focus our time on something else: building the best platform for autocomplete marketing and giving our clients an advantage.
It’s probably worth pointing out to a reader something very basic: Jan D was never a customer of ours. This is not a review of our service.
