Every time I have reached out for support whether for product selection or support for how to use a product Simon Ward has been incredibly helpful. Always has spot on advice and is patient when executing explanations. He’s been available and always responds no matter if it’s a minor queasy or something more complex.

Inverter heat pump
The pre sales team were great with answering my questions in a timely manner. Delivery was quicker than expected.
Only thing to not give 5 stars is lack of instructions on the different modes and what they do, and no screws were provided to screw in the feet to the floor

Great guys, I popped in for some advice and they where happy to sit down with me and make a shopping list :)
They seem to stock everything in one place and can draw up a plan of attack for most projects, really handy if you need pool parts!

Excellent response to problems with heat p[ump
Excellent response to difficulties with Remora heat pump. AES sent an engineer the following day. The engineer was very professional and arrived on time,
They examined the unit in detail and checked the internal parameters. Reasons were given for the malfunction and suggestions given, my unit is currently functioning well.
