So happy to have found Paul, the state of my Jura machine after 6 years of use and no proper internal clean was a bit of an embarrassment, but he did a fantastic job in less that 24 hours it was back and working like new. Absolutely brilliant service and great communication (including internal photos of my neglected machine!), would highly recommend, and I will be more diligent in getting it cleaned more regularly

Paul is a brilliant guy. Top quality service for my Rocket Evolutione espresso machine and came out to fix the tap for free when it developed a problem six months later (which was not at all his responsibility). Also supplies great beans!

Fantastic job by Paul at Propresso. My Sage Oracle Touch broke down and Paul was v.helpful. I was able to drop it off at his workshop on the same day (Friday) and it was all fixed by Monday! It is now making great coffee again.

Took my Sage Barista Touch to Paul as it was completely blocked. He has an old heating element from a previous machine that’s he’s cut in half to show how tiny the channels are and therefore how vulnerable they are to calsifying in hard water areas. End of the day he sent a video of my Sage all back and working again. Decent price, great expertise and communication - thoroughly recommend Paul.

Our Sage Barista Touch had no water coming out at all, it just stopped working one day. I spent hours googling solutions and tried everything, including replacing some parts. Eventually I gave up reached out to Propresso. Paul got straight back to me and I arranged the drop off of the machine. He had not only identified the problem but fixed it and sent videos of it working by 9am the next working day. I had my machine back that evening! I only wish I’d reached out earlier to get it resolved. Great service and communication.

After 3 years of coffee heaven with my Melitta Barista TS bean to cup coffee maker, I was distressed when a system error prevented me from being able to make coffee. Online research indicated that something was blocking the brewing unit from resetting correctly and the unit would need to be dismantled to resolve the issue. Not something I wanted to undertake myself. Luckily I found Propresso online and Paul quickly responded to my query. Paul was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and his responses made me feel confident that he understood the problem and had the competence to resolve it. He fixed the brewing unit blockage quickly and also kindly replaced the milk frother valve which had worn down and was no longer frothing the milk properly. My machine is now working like new and I, once again, can enjoy waking up to a delicious latte at the press of a button. I would definitely recommend Propresso should you experience any faults with your coffee machine. The repair shop is easily accessible, near the McDonalds in Headington, and is located outside of the Oxford congestion charge areas.

Paul managed to save my Sage Oracle in a matter of hours! I thought it had poured its last cup after 6 years but he’s managed to give a new lease of life and it feels brand new. Highly recommend (and I’ll be using him for annual services from now on).
