I called ALS instead of my insurance company by mistake and it was the best thing I’ve ever done! They have been so efficient and helpful, they collected my damaged car and had a hire car on my drive the same day. Can’t thank them enough. I have dealt with Lauren, Lisa and Steven shields who have all been brilliant. Thank you for all of your help .. :)

Diabolical - following a no fault accident on 2/6/21 I have been dealing with Auto Logistic Solutions. I have had to chase them every step of the way, from organising replacement child seats to a having to speak to the body shop where my car was repaired in order to arrange for it to go back to have the work completed correctly. I have been fobbed off constantly. Really disappointed with the service they have/are providing.

Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been amazing. The first chap that called me was really lovely and clear about what would happen next with my vehicle and the replacement. Since then I have been speaking with Lisa who is really relaxed, friendly, understanding and helpful. It is refreshing to be able to speak with genuine people at the other end of the phone. Especially when dealing with the stress of a car accident.

ALS dealt with my claim after someone ran I to my car. Cheryl Bolton dealt with everything and made everything so easy and hassle free. Even sorted a car to use while mine was being fixed. The garage who done the work on the car also did a brilliant job on the car you would never know it was ever damage. Great service all round. Would 100% recommend using ALS to anyone.

Perfect and hassle free everything is managed for you saving your time and money. If it’s not your fault do not halt use ALS

ALS dealt with my claim after someone pulled out on me. Cheryl dealt with everything and sorted me a car while mine was in for repairs. Everything was sorted and I was back on the road in 2 weeks and I didnt have to pay anything. Would recommend to anyone.

From start to finish ALS were very consistent with communication, they supplied a courtesy car from the very start and overall I was very happy with their service.

On Friday April 9th 2021 about 14:15 I was driving my car a Skoda Fabia reg'SF15 RSK. with my niece driving eastbound on main Glasgow Road in busy traffic as I was passing a side road junction called East Lane which was on my right a white Vauxhall Corsa sped out hitting my off side passenger door severely denting it on impact. I was shook up and so was my niece Linda Benjamin who was sitting in the front passenger seat thankfully not in Rear seat after moving out I consulted driver of the other car, Miss Kellyann Gordon who was in tears and saying sorry it's my fault witnesses came forward. I contacted the Garage (RALTEC 12 Wallneuk Rd Paisley, PA3 4BT) that I deal with and they dealt with my car and your company Auto Logistic Solutions Ltd dealt with my claim to my entire satisfaction.

I've never had a car accident before and could not believe how well this company looked after me through this. They did everything at speed and kept me up to date with progress. Very understanding in a field I had never been in before. Great service. Many thanks.

There are three things I can only say about this company,
FANTASTIC FANTASTIC FANTASTIC.
As soon as they took charge, there was no messing about and were really easy and polite.
Told what they were doing all the way and within a week all done and dusted.

ALS staff are so helpful and friendly. A lorry went into the back of my car while I was stationary at traffic lights and my car had to be written off. I wish ALS were able to get hold of the company of the lorry and their insurers before it had to be handed over to my insurance as ALS were so much more helpful, friendly and prompt with everything. Nonetheless, I still had a courtesy/hire car from them and I have been constantly in touch with them through out and them with me, can't say the same for my own insurance. I will definitely use ALS again if the need arises.
