Auto Europe makes it easy and offers great pricing!

I have rented a car with a automatic steerage for the last 10 years when available in Germany out of Munich and have traveled throughout Bavaria and rest of numerous places further up. Have seen Passion Play '10...83...90...100...110...1220... was invited by Western Germany (Secretary of State (in 1984) to dialog with German educational leaders - over a period of 4 areas...Bonn ...Stuttgart... Munich and Berlin. Have led groups of young and old. Just last week three Germans came to see me at a meeting.

Have used auto Europe and have always been thrilled!!

The links to international drivers license was helpful. I could have been caught without it.

Being older and not real good on booking on line, I was a little concerned about the grand total that I would be charged.....what thru me was the monies owned upon arriving and paying directly for returning car to a different city. So I called your number and the nicest young man answered and walked me thru all charges....and made sure I understood it all. Wish I had gotten his name so that he could be recognized for his great service.

It was easy and pleasant experience to use this web site to reserve my rental car.

Esperienza da dimenticare. I prezzi del noleggio sono effettivamente convenienti (sulla carta). L’aereo è giunto in ritardo (parliamo delle 19:00) ho avuto un problema con la società di noleggio che ci ha chiesto di chiamare il broker Auto Europa per chiarire la questione ma il servizio clienti già chiuso. Il giorno dopo riprovo ma nessuna soluzione al problema e nessun rimborso neanche parziale. State attenti che se avete problemi vi tocca stipulare un altro contratto di noleggio. Il risparmio non è mai guadagno ma questi se ne approfittano!

After our trip was inconvenienced by the car breaking down, Auto Europe was unwilling to provide any reimbursement.

The car rental went smoothly and the rental company (Flexicar/Autonom) in Tirgu Mures accepted the voucher. On the Monday, June 16, we stopped to fill up mineral water at a spring near Bucin. When we went to start the car to continue driving the car did not start. The place where we stopped had no cell service so we walked for 10 min to see if we could find service. Once we couldn’t get cell service we got a ride from some other kind motorists who were able to drop us off in Praid. We got in touch with a friend also traveling to Red Lake that day who was able to give us a ride, and we told Autonom that in order to not inconvenience our plans any more we would get a new car the following day.

In the morning (June 17), after I reached out, Autonom indicated that they would not be able to deliver a car to us in Praid until 4PM. So we changed our plans for that day (originally planning to go to Sighișoara that day) and accompanied a friend to Tirgu Mures for lunch, and then picked up the car in the afternoon.

The rental car company severely inconvenienced us two days in a row, first by giving us a car which broke down and inconvenienced our afternoon, then by being unable to provide us with a prompt replacement car. They claimed that since we did not have a full tank of gas when returning the original rental (since it died on the side of the road) and since they gave us a more expensive car to replace the car that it made up for the issue. I strongly disagree, but Auto Europe was not willing to argue the matter or to provide any reimbursement.

Making this reservation was easy and very cost effective for our upcoming trip!
Hoping the Porto Airport pick up and rental experience is just as easy.
I will update our review at the end of our rental period.
