I ordered a Yaris Cross with Many options via Autoebid in June 2022. They passed me to Versusvm - the "supplier". During the wait, Versusvm told me the price had increased by £900, several of the options were not available and also kept delaying delivery. Finally, in July this year I was told the car was ready for delivery but when the car was delivered at the end of September, one of the few options left of the ones I had ordered was NOT on the car. Versusvm blamed it on to the dealer who supplied the vehicle but the dealer have told me it had not been specified . However, Versusvm do not answer my emails or telephone calls so I am unable to get a refund or explanation. Autoebid tell me I have to deal with Versusvm.
So I have NO support from either so would advise against using either company.
Next time I will deal with an authorised dealer and get after sales support!

Bit sceptical to start with as price was far less than the Lexus dealer, so checked out all companies involved at companies house in some detail - all appeared OK. So went ahead, car delievered some 14 months later - same timescale as dealer. Very hapy with service could not have been easier. Thank you very much Karen and Gary.

It was all so easy. I was dubious that this service could actually deliver, but Karen put me in touch with a dealer who really could sell me a car for the advertised price (nearly £7k under the RRP). Better still it actually came in cheaper in the end too. They kept in touch throughout the process and I ended up with a brand new Tucson, for loads less. Thank you!

Excellent experience. Got a new Nissan Juke delivered. Was a bit nervous about using an e-broker, but Autoebid were extremely communicative and transparent, and I got a brand new, excellent car delivered without any issues at all. Was able to save a bit of money by seeing the model in my local dealership, then buying through Autoebid. In my experience and opinion, a very professional outfit. I am suggesting this mode of buying a car to others now.
