I ordered a detachable car window tint film (with adhesive) but I got a film that I have to put with water and soap. They said that I Will get 20% refund,

I learned about the dashboard protector Apex Custom Fit Dashboard Mat Cover For Sedan, Hatchback, MPV, Truck, SUV, etc. price €53.95> on Instagram on the Autodashmat website. I'm purchasing one for the dashboard of my Hyundai i20N.
The item comes from China. Not only does the item I received not fit the dashboard correctly, it's wavy in many places, doesn't cover the entire dashboard, and is also a few centimeters wider.

I sent photos and received this response:

We have received the pictures you sent us. We are so sad to hear that the items didn't meet your expectations.
According to our policy, we accept the return on products that were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item).

In your case, we did send the correct items, therefore, our factory does not accept the return.

However, the charge would be high due to geographical distance and the returned package will mostly be destroyed in transit. Our store will lose an amount of shipping fee and product cost, so the returning option is not our first recommendation.

Therefore, we hope that you accept our offer a 20% refund on your order.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Despite the photos I sent, they claim the product isn't suitable for my car. They refuse to offer a replacement or a full refund, offering a 20% refund for a product that should only be thrown in the trash.

Seller to avoid at all costs.

L'articolo arriva dalla Cina. L'articolo ricevuto non solo non ha le misure corrette del cruscotto ma resta ondulato su molti punti, non copre tutto il cruscotto ed è anche più largo di qualche centimetro.

Nonostante le fotografie che ho inviato sostengono che il prodotto non è conforme per la mia automobile, negano sostituzione e rimborso completo offrendo un rimborso del 20% per un prodotto che si può solo gettare nella spazzatura.

Venditore da evitare assolutamente.

I ordered a mat set for my car and received a garbage , wrinkled very bad material and don't fit in my car after I gave them my car measurements! The mats are not as they described in the pictures! I'm still trying to return and get my money back and this company is giving me hard time! Very bad company from China!

When i ordered this product i thought it would match to the dashboard of my Prius V. Didn’t come close to fitting my dash. The size is incorrect, and it looks terrible; it’s nothing like what appears in the ad. The workmanship is very poor and the material is artificial and not leather quality is not what I thought. It has a very bad chemical smell and has no Toyota logo as advertised, just a bunch of flowers designed. The seller will not offered a full refund unless I show some video to prove. Do not trust this site, you were scammed by a deceptive “bait-and-switch” ad, which is very common on social media.

If I could give this company negative stars, I would total scam and they do not respond to your complaint on their support. Email total crap. I’m so sick of companies like this. Shame on me for not checking Trustpilot first.

It is definitely a scam. They just send a generic mat that will not fit and no way to return it. Be warned!!! 🥶

Ordered dashmat to Germany. Color was correct fitment was for another vehicle. Then they only give 20% discount and say they cant refund the rest or send correct dashmat and dont want dashmat back. So I was scammed out of $ 49.63 after they refunded me $12.12 (20%). Tried to claim fraud via Visa and they wont honor because I still have incorrect dashmat. Run

I also fell victim to this scam, being supplied an incorrect item and then trying to jump through hoops to get a refund and then being offered a 20% refund. Sadly I hadn't googled them prior to placing my order, duped by the professional-looking website/facebook link.

Absolutely scam with that tintfoils for cars. If you order you will get a 0,05mm 15$ foil directly from china. NEver that productquality like shown at the store.
If you write them they play for time and want that you send ist back for your own or come with 20% refund for a 130$ offer of dump.

Autodashmat doesn't exist. Their address is a private house in Rutherford nsw, their mobile number has been stolen from another business.
I paid $87, and received a Dash mat that is useless.
No response from multiple emails to the company.
Be aware, Autodashmat is a scam

If I could give a negative review I would. This product is crap. I sent all relevant information of my car when I ordered this product. It in no way does it fit my car dashboard.Have sent multiple emails to have this refunded and have had no response.

My car is: 2014 Dodge Challenger RT, and I ordered a new dash mat with left hand drive because I live in Alabama. They have made me take pictures but refuse to contact me. Sadly I wouldn't buy from them again. I don't trust people who dodge responsibility.
