Great customer service! I purchased a dashcam from Auto-Vox and the product is fantastic. However, I ran into issues with installation. The customer service rep was quick to ship out the proper mounting bracket at no charge. After receiving the proper bracket, I realized my vehicle had a different style fuse attachment than what was provided. Again, the customer service quickly sent out the proper attachment at not charge. The rep, Kaya, followed up with me a few times to verify that I received the parts and that the installation went well. I highly recommend products from this company!

The product is wonderful, but the thing that has won my loyalty is the customer service -- absolutely, unbelievably wonderful. When my third purchase stopped working, I thought there was no recourse, but decided to try Customer Service. This kind, patient person named GiGi offered several suggestions (that didn't help), and then offered to send me the newest model, gratis. She did, and when it came, I installed it in minutes. Worked perfectly on first try. It is pre-paired, which is a great improvement. Thank you, GiGi, and thank you AutoVox!

AUTO-VOX is a terrific company to work with.

Nice people, highly trained, and committed to satisfying the customer!

Customer acknowledgment and Service in my opinion either makes or breaks a company.

I have been very happy with the Auto-Vox V5 PRO. Front and rear cameras and rear view mirror are high quality. I recently had damage to the rear view camera and received excellent customer service from Kaya who coordinated a replacement camera and followed up with me several times to ensure satisfaction.

Bought a great rear view mirror for my van. All worked great, but the camera failed.

Going back to the company they have updated the camera to make it more robust and provided a discount to purchase which was well out of warranty.

Customer support was fantastic.

The customer service was very professional. Always answered my questions. I felt like I was an important customer no matter which product I purchased. Will definitely recommend.

I purchased a back up camera from my Rv last year September 2022 and was so impressed I opted to purchase another one to use as a trail camera on the front of my jeep while offroading for this year while we are in Arizona, important to see what you are about to go over before you actually climb onto it. Also got one of their Pet/Child monitors. We use it to view the dogs in the back of the van which is normally dark because there are no windows in the doors or side panels so it makes it tough to look back and find them but with the camera, I can just glance at it and see them just fine. I had an issue with the solar panel on the RV camera and contacted them and they quickly within days had a new panel on my doorstep. That is the kind of customer service you want.

We got few wireless back up camaras from Auto-Vox. It's easy to install and have good signal. I've used it for travel trailer so it's about 30' from the camara to monitor and still works really good. Very happy with the products. Reliable company.

I purchased the W7PRO and I simply love it. I have a camper on my truck and needed a way to see behind me and forward as well. This system was so easy to install. It only took a few minutes! The picture is great and so easy to use. Only issue I had was connecting the wire to my back up lights which really wasn’t that difficult. I’ve used it now for a few months and I highly recommend!

Auto-Vox Digital Wireless Backup Camera
Excellent product. Easy to use and install. The distance lines are just as useful. The video is pretty clear. Video more reliable and smoother. highly recommend.

I bought the M1 Baby Car Camera. This camera is great. Very high quality video, and video is clear in night time. Installation is straightforward and easy.

Wir haben eine M1W Rückfahrkamera auf Amazon gekauft und waren sehr zufrieden.

I purchased the V5PRO and installed it on my Tesla Model 3.
The quality of the product is excellent. I was satisfied with the support I received after the purchase.

The after service is great. I bought the drive recorder X6B and the quality was good. When I installed it to my camper, I had some troubles but the customer service solved the problem right away.

ミラー型ドライブレコーダー(AUTO-VOX X6B)を購入いたしました。商品の品質も良くアフターサービスも迅速で安心できる会社です。

It was Kaya who assisted me and very quickly at that. Answered my question without fuss or hesitation so I am completely satisfied with the service.

I bought auto-vox solar 4 monitor and screen were nice, worked well! But mounting for camera very bad!! If mounting to back of camera area was a solid plastic or backed up with steel plate for screws , plus better screws , it would hold up ! I had mine break away at all screw holes , siliconed inside plate area and after drying all around edges and buffer under camera area. What area they thinking about vibration!!

Bought this Auto Vox TW1 just over 1 year ago and screen display packed ups few weeks ago now camera won’t charge bought a wireless charging unit and still Kaput in my opinion there rubbish £150 to last only 1 year not good

Within about a week the ladt Gi Gi has resoved my problem and I should have my camera working again in abot 10-12 DAYS SHE RESOLVED EVERYTHING VIA EMAIL, NO DEPLAYS, NO REFUSEAL, no blaming me for the problemand also very important I was not sent to JUST ANSweswer that com-pany is a whol different storyABOUT AMTHING. SHE HAS AMADE ME A LIFETIMECUSTMER i HAD TO DEAL WITH IER USTOMER ONE TIME BEFORE AND EVEN BACK THEN THE SUPPORT WAS OUTSTANDING. IT WAS gO gI THAT TIME TOO.
