Friendly, trusting and helpful, hope aftercare is as good.

Was looking for a change and visited after seeing advertised online. Very friendly relaxed experience. Allow you to try different cars and to see what suites you. The cars are well presented when you pick up and Tom was great in supporting through the process. Would have no hesitation in using them again.

Auto Sportiva were incredibly professional and helpful from start to finish. James was very knowledgeable about the car I bought, and a pleasure to deal with.

I have bought a number of cars form Alec and I can honestly say every time is a pleasure cars in good condition will recommend this dealer as they care for you as a customer not just a number!

Alex was amazing. He showed good knowledge of my vehicle, what spec was in it and what he should pitch it at. He made it clear that we may need to drop a little if we were too high but was happy to try. He checked in with me when it was coming to be sold and I had the money in hours.

We bought a Range Rover from Auto-Sportiva in July this year with a free 6 month warranty, which they said we had to return the car to them in Tonbridge if any issues arose, alternatively we could pay for an extended warranty that allowed us to get the car fixed anywhere.

We now have two issues with the car and as we are 250 miles away from Auto-Sportiva and the fact that they sell cars nationally, we assumed (stupidly) that there would be some leaway and that we could get the car sorted locally at a Range Rover specialist instead of having to travel to Tonbridge and back, but no, this wasn't the case!

They are not offering any help considering the cost of us having to travel 250 miles to drop the car off, the cost of an overnight stay while they diagnose the problems and then the cost of fuel back home to Shropshire - that's if the problem is sorted straight away. What if parts are required? Another round trip of 500 miles and an overnight stay again??

Why can they not just say YES to us having the work done 5 miles up the road and invoice Auto Sportiva for the work??

We had no problem with this Company until issues arose with the car, now we are faced with being out of pocket hugely and time spent uselessly over the fact that they won't give the tiniest bit of help.

Bitterly disappointed, don't bother giving a warranty if you are not going to uphold it. Not everyone who buys your cars lives around London - get a grip on reality please! The after-care is ALWAYS what lets Car Dealers down, once we have purchased you don't want to see us again.

Thinking we might approach the Motoring Ombudsman to seek help if nothing is sorted soon.

One highlight of the exceptional service was when they went the extra mile-literally-by picking me up from the train station in an awesome new sports car when I was running late the same day I was picking up my new Mercedes. For their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled to perfection, I honestly can't recommend them enough. My girlfriend purchased a car from Auto Sportiva last month, James was amazing! We live near Newcastle so about 7 hours away! We’ve both never had a car delivered, and were initially a bit wary. James showed us every last detail of the car, FaceTimed us, kept us up to date and we really can’t complain at all! 10/10 highly recommend😁🙏

Saw a Range Rover Sport newly advertised after hours on Friday 25th October .Paid holding deposit and spoke to James Saturday morning who sent me a video and answered all my questions. Viewed the car on Monday and collected on 31st October. Excellent service from James and a nice car.
Would recommend the business without hesitation as they make car buying easy.

From the initial phone call to actually picking the car up from them inspired confidence in their sales approach and customer frontal management setup. The feedback to me with the many questions i had about the car was superb with emails and whatsapp communications plenty. As i am over 200 miles away from their showroom this was quite reassuring. When i did arrive to pick the car up, i was greeted at the train station to take me to the showroom to view the car. Even after paying a substantial deposit i still had the option to walk away with a full refund if i did not take to the car.
Alec was absolutely fantastic, 100% transparent with all the dealings and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their whole setup is an absolute credit to the business owner and the staff he has around them. I will when looking for my next car go straight to them. The vehicles they have in stock appear to be hand picked and of the highest quality, my RS certainly was and it came with a 6 month warranty as standard. This service does not come at a premium cost either.
