The professional way in which the publishers handled the whole editing, correcting , designing and eventually publishing my first book was fantastic. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wishing for personal help and advise.

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Authors SolutionUK, and especially with Elif, who has been nothing short of amazing. Elif isn’t just a fantastic project manager; she’s become a friend, and she’s made the whole process feel completely secure and enjoyable. I wasn't sure I was doing the right thing by approaching Authors Solution UK to publish my first ever book. I had never done anything like this before and, as there are so many 'scams' and con-artists out there these days, I was concerned about the possibility of someone posing as a bona fide organisation, then taking my money and disappearing off the face of the earth.
My fears proved groundless. A.S.proved to be a first class company. My Publishing Manager, Youha Ashford, guided me through the publishing process step by step and was always on hand to answer any of my questions or queries (of which there were many). Nothing was ever too much trouble.
My book has now been published and I am happy with the result. Thank you Authors Solution U.K. and in particular, Youha, my long-suffering Publishing Manager.

I approached Authors Solution to ghostwrite my autobiography, and they did a solid job. I shared my life story and the writer crafted it into a cohesive narrative. They kept me informed with regular drafts and the final book felt personal and authentic. It was a great experience overall.

Lies from the start to the end. First of all, staff are not using their correct names. All Asian employees using English names. Staff didn't listen to me. I had to do story editing myself and rearrange the position of illustrations. I was charged £1,499.00 for a package that was not only overpriced but unnecessary. I was told to create an account on Ingramspark as a self published author so this left me confused. I later discovered I could have published my book myself via Ingramspark anyway. Staff seemed nice at the beginning then changed once I paid total costs. I was told that both Bracken and Youha has been fired following an internal investigation where many issues were found including complaints from customers (may not be true). I was then told my book could become a 'bestseller' and it would only cost me a mere £10,000. Not all bad I would say, my book was eventually published after many months of frustration. I gave up, felt tired of fighting and my book was published without capturing my full vision. I was never offered a copy of my book before publication, the words were way too small to read. My family and friends purchased some of the first copies which had the incorrect font size. I asked the team to provide copies to compensate buyers, they refused as i was not coming through with £10,000. PLEASE don't be in a rush to purchase expensive packages from publishers, do thorough research and speak to other authors on social media first. I have since been able to give advice and discouraged friends and colleagues from publishing with Authors Solution USA and UK. I have learned valuable lessons from this experience. It was a true eye opener. Never again!!
