We had a tour of the Pag Cheese Factory (Paška Sirana) on 14 November 2025. It was extremely satisfying. The guide, Martina, was a joy. The pride of the local people for the history of the Sirana and the process of cheese production unique to the island of Pag came through in every word she spoke and every look on her face. She made us feel as though we were part of their tradition of cheese-making and thus we shared in the joy the islanders feel toward their history and culture. Not to mention that the different varieties of products from Pag Island are some of the most delicious in the world. It was an experience that will stay with us for a very long time.

When my party of four got to Paska Sarana on Pag Island the owner said that they had received no notice of our scheduled tour of the cheese factory. We checked our printed receipt and confirmation from Authland, and we were there at the right time and the right day according to our documents. Luckily, the owner was very gracious and gave us a wonderful and complete, unscheduled tour.
Later addition:
I just received a very prompt response from Authland, and the respondent justifiably says the glitch may have been on the cheese factory side. I do not know. I had an excellent experience at Paska Sarana and am not asking for a refund so I upgraded the evaluation from one star to two star.

Good price-quality ratio!! Big glasses of wine and tasty food from local products. Friendly sommelier.

We made a family kayaking experience with Riva Rafting on the Zrmanja River in Croatia, through Authland.

First the cons:
The directions given by Authland aren't clear, and only get you to the village of Zegarski. From. There you need to follow your nose and hope you get the right Kayaking centre.
2nd and last con, if you've not been kayaking before, this experience is 14km long and all learning is done live on the river.

Now the pros.
The two lads that took us were very good and very patient!! It took us 2 hours to do the first 5km. As first me and the wife struggles to navigate the kayaks for our first time them our youngest 15 year son also struggled. My wife ended up being chauffeur rowed by one the instructors and then our youngest being given a lift too.
After a short break at 5kms there's then 5kms of rapids and waterfalls. The scenery and laughs matched each other in, it was stunning.
The two instructors navigated us all very safely.
All three of our kids a 22, 20 and 15 year old all enjoyed themselves and even after the final 2km last leg on a slow river didn't stop the laughs from us all.

Not my first time with guys, great service!

We are holiday home owners and decided to take our loyal guests to Zadar gastro tour through Authland platform. The booking itself was very easy and smooth, team from Authland were also on our disposal for questions and informations. The last but not least, the tour itself were also great, the feedback from our guests was totally positive also, they were happy with the tour guide/provider and eventhough it was their 3rd time to Zadar, they manage to see and learn new things about our hometown.

Uzele smo piknik u polju lavande i bilo je prekrasno, termin smo rezervirale u 19h pa smo uhvatile i zalazak na koji se proteže jako lijep pogled te smo istražile cijelo imanje koje je uređeno, a ambijent ugodan uz dobru glazbu. Svakako preporučam ovo iskustvo, mi ćemo se vratiti sigurno.

Zabavan i poučan obilazak Paške sirane. Gospođa Martina si je jako dala truda i detaljno objasnila proizvodni proces kao i dodala zanimljivosti o otoku Pagu. Puno smo naučili i bili zadovoljni. Degustacija sira na kraju obilaska je bila izvrsna. Preporuke svima.

I recently booked a wine tasting afternoon for a group of 9 of us and with Ana’s help it was absolutely what I was after! We had a vegan in our group and Ana made sure the wine tasting place knew this and had enough food for us all. I would definitely use this company again to help me organise trips, wine tasting and days out! Thank you for the help and advice :)

Ana was super helpful in organising a number of trips for us as well as taxis. Both trips were fantastic experiences that we will remember for a long time

We loved our Guide, he was friendly, professional and knew so much history. We booked through the site for a 1 hour 45 min tour and received 1 hour, he stated his boss told him 1 hour, I followed up with the company and they stated this tour was scheduled for 1 hour- not accurate- I feel the Authland company might have been a little misleading, the TUK TUK was so much fun and Zadar was such a beautiful place.

Our experience was absolutely AMAZING! Great people, professionals and as we asked, the session adjusted to our needs ! Definitely we ‘ll come back next year to climb again with these guys !!! Thank you , you are the best 🙏☺️

Very interesting and nice tasting experience with forthcoming host and good explanations.

We had a wonderful tasting with several delicious virgin olive oils, paired with fresh cheese and local meats and some very tasty wines and liqueurs! Very friendly people. Overall a very recommended activity if you are staying in the area!

It was a fun off road route, it was very dusty but there is nothing what the company could do about it,

we had a great time, with very nice employees
