Like others: I'm not to pleased to be finding all of their stuff on AliExpress or other websites at much cheaper prices. They double to triple the price on their website.
I am really disappointed that I fell for their scam.
they contacted me on insta.

the heel of the shoes I bought came off after wearing them two times.
one dress had a cut when received.
both I reported directly, for both I have never received money back or replacement.

the fabric was soft and cosy, the sizing was also good.

i had a collab with them, they sent me a nice piece of clothing (a top) and it was so good! love it✨️

Great and attentive customer service, my products arrived quickly and in great condition. My bodysuit is well maade and fit true. My shoes are well made however I feel they fit on the smaller side. Would order again

i ordered my dress on february 19th and it arrived on may 1st. the material and sizing is great, it isn’t itchy or anything, they were very helpful and as an ambassador, they kept contact with me to make sure everything was fine

I'm just super confused. I placed an order back in October and have yet to get any updates back. I'm also an ambassador and I can't make content without the products I purchased, I've sent many emails and even reached out on their Instagram and their email box is either full or now non existent. Every time I check order status on the website it just says awaiting fulfillment. If I could just get an update this would be a higher rating because I was so excited to work with them. :/

beautiful clothes and as an ambassador, people of the shop are so kind and cute love it ❤️🫶🏻

Loooooooove

I ordered the Nyxara(?) dress, It came in in late but to no fault of theres , I was happily suprised to find it fit perfectly , even if flightly cheaper fabrics were used it still fit the bill for what I desired and truly anyone can find a way to work a neeple and thread , The team was extremely nice when coming to about being a ambassador and helped me find a way to still get what I desired. Honestly I rate this place a 9/10.

SCAM!

Still have not received my dress ordered 6/1. No response to the emailed inquiry I sent last month, instead received a prompt for this review. The first order took well over a month to receive, and I was happy with the cute top set, so have been hoping the latest order will appear soon, but I am getting an impression I will need to keep asking about it. I gave an extra star since I did get a timely response about a digital order. Even contributed a tip but it doesn't seem to have made any difference.

Los productos son de excelente calidad y reflejan perfectamente el estilo gótico que me encanta. El envío fue rápidp 👍

I'd give these guys a thumbs-up if I could! They're top-notch. Super friendly and quick with responses. Ordered a few times, and they've always come through. Great service, great products. They're the real deal!

I had a fantastic experience with my recent shoe order. The company was responsive and helpful throughout the process. when I had a question, their live chat and email support were quick to respond, and they even engaged with me on Instagram. They provided a tracking number promptly, and my shoes arrived just as expected. The quality is excellent, and the entire process was smooth and transparent.

I joined the ambassador program and ordered three items, and I am thrilled with my experience. The first two items arrived within the promised timeframe and were of excellent quality. When I reached out to them on Instagram with a question, their customer service team was prompt and helpful. They advised me to wait for the third item before processing a refund or replacement, and I appreciated their clear communication. Although the third item took a bit longer to arrive, it finally did, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend this company!

I didn’t even receive the product..

Great staff, easy paying, shipping ended up being faster than i thought!!

Not only do they make returns easy by offering refunds directly back to your card, but they have also improved their return process with a new, reliable carrier. My return was processed in less than a week. I highly recommend this company, especially if you value a smooth and efficient return experience.

No one even come close! Amazing extensive selection of original, high quality clothes and shoes is unmatched. And lets not forget the incredible sales and fast shipping.
