I've ordered a lot of things from Authentic Goth and I'm very satisfied. The clothing is exactly as pictured, and sometimes even better. The fabrics are comfortable to wear, the quality is good, and the price is reasonable. If there are any problems, such as incorrect sizing, returns, or questions, Authentic Goth is always reliable and very helpful; they always try to accommodate you. I always feel valued as a customer there.

My package never arrived you guys didn’t even tell me anything about my package they blocked me on instagram so I couldn’t contact them anymore absolutely terrible never again

i asked for a return because the quality wasn’t what i thought it was. and they never got back to me. email, website or anything and no one ever got back to me

These pants are pretty awesome for the most part! The only complaint is that they are a little tight around the waist. Also, I wish these pants had pockets so I can put my personal items in. Unfortunately they don’t have pockets. But other than that, they look great! I love the star design on them, it looks awesome!!! Thank you Authentic Goth for these pants and for being an awesome brand!!!!!

The quality and aesthetic of the clothing is just as beautiful as it appears in the pictures, and sometimes even more so when worn in them. What's more, it's produced in an environmentally friendly way. I also really appreciate the support provided by the team; anyone who follows authenticgoth on Instagram knows how helpful they are when it comes to questions or assistance. I ordered the Celestia dress in black and it’s sooo cute <3 I was kinda scared at first that it would be to long on the back but it’s perfect <3 ,

I got the fairyxcamisole top and it’s absolutely to die for. The lace with the solid fabric is amazing. When I had received it too small they were very quick to send me a new one! Customer service was 10/10. Very good at communicating and responding quickly. Highly recommend!!!
