The transfer from the airport was pleasant and nice. Although the driver drove a bit too fast at times. On the way back to the airport the driver was 30min late and hangover. The office said it was because of traffic and the driver said it was because he had another transfer, so clearly one of them is lying. We reckon it was because of his hangover. He even missed a big crossing on the motorway and went to the other direction than where we were going (Munich airport). Cannot recommend as they cannot guarantee you'll be picked up at the right time. Also no compensation for the driver being late and hangover. Very poor experience on the way back, although the customer support were helpful and called the driver many times to ask where he were.

I booked a two way from Innsbruck airport to Fiss. On sunday morning march 13th at 6.30 no taxi showed up at my hotel for the return to the airport. I had a flight at 9.00 so i became pretty stressed up. After trying to call a few times i finally spoke to the company and they told me that the taxi was not coming. I was not informed at all and no alternative was offered. I was told to get a local taxi to the airport and that was it. Never ever that i will book this company again. BAD!

Die Taxifahrt zum Flughafen Salzburg wurde per App gebucht, bestätigt und zusätzlich haben wir auch nochmals telefonisch am Vorabend angerufen, damit das Taxi auch fix am nächsten Morgen um 05.30 Uhr kommt.
Dennoch das Taxi war nicht da! Es bedurfte mehrerer Anrufe und viel Aufregung damit schlussendlich 30 Minuten später endlich ein Taxi kam.

Scandalous service. The driver was rude, he showed up without the car seat I had booked for my 2 years old son. After I complained, he agreed to go back to the depot to get the seat. 20 minutes later, bearing in mind it was 7pm and we were travelling with a tired little boy, he came back with a booster seat not suitable for a 2 years old. We were left with no option other than go on this journey in unsafe conditions for our son. Scandalous.

Just arrived in Innsbruck but not transfer. Calling revealed that the transfer was cancelled as they could not arrange the planning. But no phone call was done or email was sent. The link revealed it was cancelled at 1915 the night before.

This leave us stranded at Innsbruck airport and need to arrange a taxi here which will cost us much more money

The trip could not have been better. It avoided a difficult trip by train and bus and took us from door to door easily.
The driver was professional and friendly, the car was very clean and even had wi-fi. I can highly recommend this service.

The worst taxi that I have ever seen.
They cancel my drive from Bulgde street to Romber and their reason was covid19 while all was without mask. No one accepted to explain about it and be accountable.

I will never ever trust this taxi company.
