OnLineTraining was established in 2008 to provide flexible professional development for teaching professionals in the UK who support children and young people with special educational needs. In 2008, we began our collaboration with the Departments of Education in Australia, initially partnering with NSW to adapt our courses to suit the Australian education system. In the years that followed, our courses were implemented by the Departments of Education in all States and Territories in Australia, and many of the Catholic Dioceses and Independent Schools associations, too. Our courses are accredited by the teacher accreditation authorities, and contribute to the professional learning hours requirements for progression through the Australian Professional Standards. To date, over 140,000 participants worldwide have taken part in our courses

Very good until I got to the gap workbook section which I found hard to navigate between my 3 goals and sets of interventions, I had to resubmit this whole section because I lost all my changes.

It makes using the site worse.

Aaron Grugan, the presenter, made this experience great. He was knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, kind, and supportive every step throughout the course.
The cohort who completed the course with me was great - I was able to see a teacher and SLSO perspective throughout my learning (I am a school psychologist).
The course content has enabled me to individualise specific interventions to support my students with ADHD.

Useful Course to Learn More About Dyslexia
My course leader, Lindy Toovey, was knowledgeable, approachable and was a brilliant moderator - giving everyone an opportunity to contribute, gently challenged us to think deeper and make connections.
The course has useful resources and the content was so relevant and valuable in extending my knowledge in the topic. We worked through at our own pace through the course, stopping to discuss content. I liked the varied content - readings, videos, bullet points, animated writing to demonstrate what text could appear for people with Dyslexia - which was honestly a good reminder.
Will be recommending to others and keeping an eye out for future courses.

I havr contacted there support team with no response .
The Ai assitant issued a token for support ... no response .
Seems like AI generated training content which has no staff or actual support .

We also responded to your second support ticket and additionally emailed you directly as it was clear you weren't noticing our responses nor receiving the alert emails. Unfortunately it appears you aren't receiving direct emails from us either.

Some of the content I felt was a little out of date. There was considerable use of material about Asperger's Syndrome but this is not longer in the DSM
