She was polite, processional in her communication with me and provided me with a refund without any questions or aggravation which I have experienced with some other retailers.

I really like your elasticated lovely skirts. I also had a discount which is very appealing. Nice lady served me. I think next time we are up you will have some more skirts so l will come along. Well done keep it up. Brenda Sowerby

Aurina is a veritably breathtaking box of delights. .I was tempted wherever I turned. There was a warm and welcoming atmosphere and the delightful girl in charge managed to be encouraging and helpful without being in the least little bit pushy. Congratulations on running such an excellent show.

Excellent customer service, my email enquiry regarding the dimensions of the jumper i found on Aurina's website was answered promptly and contained a good image of the item.
Once ordered, the jumper arrived promptly and was exactly as described - it is gorgeous.
Lovely little handwritten note from the seller made me feel special.

The sales assistant Arabella was absolutely fabulous, , smiling at every costumer that came in , and very attentive to me. It makes such a difference. When I came to swap a colour if something, she made it so easy.,
