First of all, the transcripts in German are really good. And it is user friendly and relatively cost effective.
Today I had a problem with a transcript. And within 14 minutes the whole situation was solved and I had a new and correct link to the transcript.
Costumer support was not only quick, but also super friendly and professional.

Malgré un délai de réception beaucoup plus long qu'annoncé, je suis satisfaite de la transcription. Quelques modifications à apporter, mais la possibilité de télécharger le fichier sous différents formats facilite cette tâche. Par ailleurs, l'identification des intervenants facilite la lecture.
