I ordered a Dynacord mixer from audio trader and when it arrived with me it had a problem and was returned for refund. Audio trader could not have done better or been more apologetic about the issue. The return was fast and hassle free, the refund was too. Brilliant service and I won’t hesitate to use them again

Supplied and delivered a pair of Mission speakers which matched the description and photos.

I paid £149 for a Technics double cassette deck which stopped working after 5 weeks and was then unplayable !!! Understandably I was really disappointed. As this occurred after the regulation refund period I felt that I had wasted my money. However, after contacting them I eventually was able to return the deck and have received a full refund. Consequently, I am very happy with the final outcome.

I bought a Quad 240 studio amp last week and the first plus point is that they were very communicative and helpful, a very fair price was also offered even with now (expensive) shipping to Italy.. The web site is intuitive and everything about their service is very efficient and professionally handled. I cannot recommend Audio Trader highly enough.

Bought a Sony Minidisc separate from these guys and I'd never heard of them before but glad I found them. It turned up on time well packaged in original box and it's beautiful. It had been serviced and cleaned infact it looked almost new. It was a joy to buy off these guys and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anybody.
