The staff is very helpful and clarifying all our questions and concerns about the hearing results and the hearing aids. The staff has cleared all my questions and doubts regarding the hearing issues and the aids. Will visit them again.

I’ve been suffering with blocked ears for about 3 weeks booked an appointment and Rachel in the Croydon clinic very professional and made me feel at ease both ears are now clear and my hearing is back to normal.

So professional and really helpful. Went for a hearing test but was told all good , so no need for hearing aids.

Went to the Croydon branch of Hidden Hearing to get a free hearing test as a base line for when my hearing eventually deteriorates. Amy explained clearly how the tests worked and the results. Friendly and professional. The whole processs from booking, being greeted as arrived to the consultation itself was very good. Highly recommended to everyone over 55 to get their hearing tested. Will go back in 2 years!

My appointment was with Linda, who provided an excellent customer service, taking great care with looking at my ears, offering advice & how to maintain them in the future....she takes great pride in helping others and is a credit to the company. I will certainly recommend Hidden Hearing to friends and family.

I visited the Croydon branch for an ear wax clean and was gladly surprised there was no wax to be found. Linda was very professional by explaining every step which I really appreciated, and on top of this wasn’t charged. I appreciate Linda being the face of this branch given her welcoming and helpful approach. Keep up the great work.

The audiologist Amie was really lovely and made me feel comfortable. My results were as I expected and clearly explained.

I had a great experience, Linda Morgan of Croydon,who worked on me was very,very gentle and patient with me when she was removing wax that had biult up in my ear for a while,she couldn't give up each time she tried and was assuring me all time,it will be done.Thanx to her experience .

Had my hearing tested.young man explained ,what was going on and why.tesred my hearing aids.have to have new batteries.the only thing,that spoiled the experience,was when I asked how much new hearing aids were.far too expensive for a pensioner.if ihad to get new aids.i would probably have to go back to n.h.s

Visited Hidden Hearing on Wednesday 21/2/2024 and was attended to by Linda Morgan. My first visit, definitely inclines me to future visits should I need services. Was professionally handled, coffee biscuits etc and at the end given a clean bill of hearing health, clearly & simply explained. Wonderful service & a credit to her organisation - thank you Linda.
