Unhurried and helpful advice
What I like is that my appointments with Amy in Croydon never feel rushed: it always feels like she has time for me and all my questions, and she explains everything thoroughly and clearly. Receptionist Linda is also always friendly and helpful.

The agent was informative
The agent was informative, obviously very well trained in her job, a pleasure to deal with .
Unfortunately I must first get rid of the excessive amount of wax before hearing test can take place.

Very pleasent.
Rachel was highly informative and more than gentle enough to restore/asess my hearing. I had a total of 3 sessions with her over a few months and would definitly go back again should my hearing need it (though per her recomendations, I should not have to)

First time customer. Rachel was extremely informative and reassuring about the micro suction procedure. All very painless and quick. Thoroughly recommend!

The staff is very helpful and clarifying all our questions and concerns about the hearing results and the hearing aids. The staff has cleared all my questions and doubts regarding the hearing issues and the aids. Will visit them again.

I’ve been suffering with blocked ears…
I’ve been suffering with blocked ears for about 3 weeks booked an appointment and Rachel in the Croydon clinic very professional and made me feel at ease both ears are now clear and my hearing is back to normal.
