Terrible experience
Terrible experience - unhelpful in assisting me in reporting a missing laptop when we moved out of the unit.
Stay clear.
Your response once again is testimony of how terrible is the service you offer - the laptop was reported missing to your Ops Manager 4 days after we have moved out of the unit.

Svar fra Attic Self Storage - Bow
Thank you for your feedback, Claudia. We understand how frustrating this situation must be for you, and we're sorry to hear about your missing laptop.
We’ve reviewed the details provided by the insurance company and understand their decision was based on specific terms within their policy, particularly regarding the reporting timeline and the lack of evidence of unauthorised access to the unit. Unfortunately, as the missing laptop was only reported to us weeks after you had vacated the unit, there was only so much we could do to assist in this matter. We did, however, provide the insurance company with all the information they requested.
While this outcome is not what any of us had hoped for, please know that we take your concerns seriously. If there’s anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly at customerservice@atticstorage.co.uk.

The whole company is a huge scammer
The whole company is a huge scammer.
I told them on the phone that I needed the storage for 4 to 8 weeks. When I was leaving I was told I needed to pay rent for 12 weeks because that’s what the contract said. So nothing what we discussed on the phone was true!
When I went to get the last boxes the lift was not working again. I had to hire someone to carry my boxes downstairs because I’m not able to carry anything.
The storage on top of me leaked and something was dripping over my stuff from the roof. I got no notification of this, I only found out when they had left a note inside saying they’ve checked my storage.
I just got £100 back my deposit which was £180.
These people steels money from you and nothing works there.

Svar fra Attic Self Storage - Bow
We regret the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. After reviewing your case, we acknowledge that there might have been some miscommunication about the terms of your agreement and apologise for any confusion.
We also apologise for the inconvenience caused by the lift issue during your move-out. We attempted to assist by recommending a man and van services, but we understand this may not have been sufficient.
Regarding the leakage in your unit, we were not notified during your stay. We encourage customers to report any issues promptly so we can address them effectively.
We've refunded the remaining balance of your deposit, ensuring you've been refunded in full.
Your feedback is valuable to us, if you have further concerns, please contact us directly via email @customerservice@atticstorage.co.uk

It was my first time with Attic storage in Bow and I am very happy that I made that choice. Chad and Daniel were wonderful and patient. They were most helpful and guided me right down the smallest detail thus making it the best experience possible. The team at Bow are a credit to the company and provide a First-class service. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who needed both a modern storage facility and peace of mind.
