Both of my daughters really enjoy the platform. My Y3 who is not keen on learning, does her islands with joy and I can her progress.
My Y5 is subscribed with exam mode and tuition. Her tutor is amazing, both have a really great relationship and is definitely worth every penny of it.

I want to add that creative writing…
I want to add that creative writing tasks should not be typing-based; instead, they should be uploaded as pictures because children’s typing speed is not very fast, and they may not be able to complete the task on time.

Thank you so much for this feedback, it's a really thoughtful point and we completely understand where you're coming from!
Our Creative Writing tasks are typing-based because of the way they're marked. We use AI marking that has been trained on real exam board mark schemes and carefully checked by subject experts and former examiners, which means it can only work with typed responses. This also allows the platform to give your child instant, detailed feedback that's closely aligned with what real examiners look for, scoring within ±1 mark of a human marker.
The great news is that the more your child practises typing their responses, the more their speed and confidence will naturally build over time, which will really help them when it comes to the real exam.

I like how the children's performance is broken down, they provide enough work for the children to do but dislike the fact that some papers are very expensive example the new quest added materials .

We completely understand your concern about the cost of the Quest familiarisation paper, and to clarify - the unlimited mock tests included in your subscription are designed to build and assess your child's skills across the core Quest Part 1 subjects, English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning, and Non-Verbal Reasoning. These tests generate fresh questions every time, giving your child as much practice as they need.
The familiarisation paper is different, it's a specialist resource created specifically for Quest Part 2, which covers Puzzles & Problem-Solving and Creative Comprehension. Quest Part 2 has a very distinct format that isn't tested in standard mock tests, and not all schools use it. Because of this, it's been developed as a separate, targeted add-on rather than part of the core subscription. The familiarisation paper is designed to replicate the exact look, feel, and conditions of the real Quest Part 2 exam, so your child walks in on the day knowing exactly what to expect.
In short, you're only paying for it if your child's target school actually uses Quest Part 2.

Excellent resource
Excellent resource. My own children got into the first choice schools after 11+. Obviously there was tutoring and a lot of other hard work too, but Atom certainly played a big part.

Atom learning has been a game changer…
Atom learning has been a game changer for our daughter with the many resources within the app such as the videos online to assist with her learning journey. The weekly feedbacks on where she is within the subject matters and what areas to work on has been invaluable as a parent. I am so glad that we put her on the programme early in Year 4.
