ASW Pest Control Specialists Ltd Anmeldelser

Having bed bugs for the first time I looked on line at pest control specialists in my area, I chose ASW because of their four years of 'Best Business Award', rang them early in the morning, told specialist would ring later that day or next morning, actually rang same morning and said could come next day at 9 am, sent me details to help get the room ready, Rob arrived smack on 9 am in morning, told me they used heat and then spray to kill bugs, seems to me that heat is the way most experts now say is the best way to kill them, after he'd finished told what to do for the next three weeks with the room and that to get in touch with him if I needed to, he said our infestation was pretty high (we'd not realised for weeks and weeks what was in the room), I rang Rob about two weeks later for some advice, it went to answer phone which I don't like as many people never ring you back so I decided to try later, Rob actually saw the missed the call and rang me back, small detail but I think good sign with a firm, price was very reasonable as well, highly recommend ASW from first getting in touch with them to after care as well.

Brilliant!
We had a wasps nest suddenly appear, we
contacted ASW in the evening and they replied straight away and came over to sort it the next day! If only every business was as smooth and efficient as this! Thanks guys!

Used more than once. Service is impressive and the jobs are well executed with detailed description throughout. Well recommended.

The whole process was professionally Managed by Rob and he was very knowledgeable and talked us through the process and sorted out our problem to our complete satisfaction. Also a big shout out on his timekeeping it was impeccable.

The response by ASW was less than an hour, as the technician was just finishing work at another property in the area. On arrival he immediately identified where the wasps were entering the roof of my bungalow, and clearly explained the process of getting rid of them. This was done with care — no fuss, no mess, and at a fair price. ASW even sent information to me by email, about what to expect from the wasps in the next few days.
I was very impressed by the friendly and reassuring manner of this company and a job well done, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Extremely please with ASW great service and commitment to fix my problem. Rob went the extra mile and succeeded in perfect timing! Thank you all.

Excellent response time to my enquiry and the job was done at my convenience and very efficiently! Fingers crossed for no more moths. The gentleman who did the work was very efficient and left the place neat and tidy. Thank you!

Communicated well to us with our limited knowledge.Liked him. And will use his company for other services.

The staff were so kind and helpful and Adam came to my property on the same day to remove ants who had their way in to my kitchen. I would recommend them highly and will return to them in the future should l need to do so.

Exceptional service. Knowledgeable staff. Helped us solve a reoccurring issue.

Craig completed the second visit, checked all the traps, gave further advice and has updated our records so that whoever does the final visit knows what is planned. All the staff do a great job.

Craig dealt with the situation quickly and professionally. He was also most polite and pleasant and explained everything that he was going to do to rectify the problem with mice coming into my home.

I shall not hesitate to contact ASW Pest Control in the future if I should need them again.

Excellent service. Rob attended our house the day after my phone call and gave us very good advice regarding our flea and moth problem. I would definitely call them again if we had another pest problem.

Brilliant service! I contacted 3 companies, ASW were the only ones to get back to me and also came out the same day. I was unsure what areas were causing our flea issue so Bob came out and did a thorough check of inside and outside the house. After inspection he did a blitz of the affected area, which turned out to be outside and we haven’t been bitten since! Brilliant service and very reliable, will definitely be keeping these in mind for the future, thank you.

Only had one visit so far, great service. Gave us peace of mind that we are in good hands . Very professional, knowledgeable and experienced!

Efficient and effective service. Really helpful and professional.

I can not thank Paul that works for ASW enough for he’s knowledge and reassurance and answering my texts and fitting me in I’m so grateful

Efficient, friendly service.

The team at ASW quickly and efficiently located our issues and were able to help and advise us not just about how to get rid of the rats we had discovered, but also how to prevent them from coming back.

We had a squirrel in our loft, Robert from ASP came out, he was very friendly and knowledgeable about our problem and within a week the offending Squirrel had been trapped,he’s arranged to come out another 3 times to keep checks and also gave advice on how to stop further problems.
