I was supported by a man called Ryan, Ryan was very informative, very patient as well as knowledgeable throughout my call. He was very kind and professional in dealing with me and my concerns too.

Hamza helped me today he explained things simple and re explained things as I had children running around. There was also no silence as he was funny as well.

Thanks to Godwill Kweto for the phone call setting up a better insurance policy and making the long drawn questions easier to answer and explaining the process out as we progressed through the questions.

I spoke to Tomiwa Olayinka and he was great...personable, relatable, comical and made what could have sounded like a script, a conversation. I felt clear about the purpose of the call, the agenda was clearly laid out and the summary was comprehensive. I felt confident of what he had "sold" me being suited to our family and left feeling happy with the product id purchased. Tommy was really pleasant to speak with, he is definitely an asset to your team.

Had a lovely phone call this morning to help set up life insurance which I hadn’t previously thought about, but with the help from Ifeanyin (Iffy) he sorted it all out for me hassle free and the customer service was amazing aswell, having a laugh over the phone and not making it feel awkward.
