Mark Cinderby was absolutely a diamond today he was friendly and helpful with excellent customer service.
He explained everything clearly to me and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with everything he explained.
If everyone was like him it would be a wonderful world to live in.

Spoke with Tomiwa today, he excelled in customer service. Made sure I understood everything that was happening and found different policies so I could choose the best one for me. I've paid the same price for former policies which were not giving the same rewards or length of policy.
