To be honest, I’ve used Assetsure for around 7 years for two watches. Got my renewal quote in for £140ish (not fancy watches!). Have always been on auto-renew, but this year my card details changed, so this couldn’t happen. I rang customer services and asked if there was a discount I could have given loyalty, no claims etc. was told to expect a phone call back that same morning. Nothing happened. Two days later, still no communication. Went on their platform as a new customer and got a like-for-like quote of just over £70!

I’m updating this following the actions taken from Assetsure.

I did receive a follow-up call, initially to apologise for the lack of return call, due to the call-back being accidentally scheduled incorrectly.

I had actually not obtained a like-for-like quote as I originally stated, but had arranged lesser cover. This was explained to me with various options provided. Whilst I decided to proceed with the lesser cover it was advised if I were to simply update my originally policy I could take advantage of a continuous no-claims discount. This brought my premium in at less than I paid for my revised quote. Great experience with Vanessa who took my call and took care of everything. Recommended.

Absolutely fantastic experience, we were devastated to lose my wife's bracelet but Assetsure were there every step of the way to help us navigate through the claim and replace the much loved piece of jewellery. Thank you so much
