Seems fine so far. A little slow on getting to customer service but satisfactory. Also slow on contacting creditors for negotiations. But it is a process so I can accept that. Overall four stars.

True false advertisement
This group false advertises to get customers. Once they have customers, they screw them so hard that the companies involved will take you to court and win judgment against you all while this company promises you that they never made any legal claims. They don’t share their recorded calls because they know that they do it. You will not be able to recover from this so just do not join my recommendation. Would be to call your credit card companies and start a plan with them as they’re always more affordable than these people and you won’t get sued.

If I could rate them a negative number I most definitely would do that!! I was enrolled in their debt consolidation and after 6 months of paying, Aspire informs me they can not work in my state(Oregon). I ask about refund of the money I spent, the said I should be getting $70.00 of the over $1500.00. How does it take 6 months to figure out that you don’t work in my state?!
