Aspen Woolf is a business that delivers on their promises. Their communication is excellent. Any queries raise are responded to very quickly with informative answers. There is no chasing to be done, as they are on the case. Jim although very professional conducts himself in a friendly manor and nothing is too much for him. The follow up team of Anisha and Georgina also conduct themselves in the same manner with their after sales service. This was my first experience of buying off plan, and I can highly recommend Aspen Woolf.

Recently purchased an apartment in Leeds
Recently purchased an apartment in Leeds, Sky Gardens through Jake Carling at Aspen Wool. He has supported us through the whole process, even after he had earned his commission, put up with our worries and concerns, liaised with us , solicitors and developers throughout. Jake and the team have been nothing but professional, we have certainly tested them with our old school ways!! After months of getting to know him, he will love a mention about his fab hair! Great experience with an attentive team
Jim supported me through a new build purchase as a first time buyer, he was kind and respectful throughout and always made time to go through my concerns, giving me the facts to support my decision making. Georgina and Anisha supported me through the exchange process, I feel they added a lot to my experience by keeping things moving in good time and dealing well with some complications along the way. All three were attentive and quick to respond. All in all a clean and easy experience for me.

Do not do business with them.
They have been reported to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Never click unsubscribe to their spam emails or any other spam email, this will confirm to them your email account is active. If that happens you’ll receive more spam email and your email address will be added to a list that is traded with other spammers.

3rd property - repeat business should make you feel comfortable
This is the third investment property that I have bought via Aspen Woolf. The key members that I dealt with were Ruzel for the sale & Georgina for the admin afterwards. Originally I wasn't going to purchase this property but after Ruzel went through the details without the hard sell he inspired me with confidence to proceed. Georgina was always contactable and was a good interface between all of the parties involved when questions were raised. I intend to deal with Aspen Woolf again.
Remember we are talking about investment properties costing £100K upwards and not which brand of toothpaste to buy so make sure that you have carried out your due diligence, however I have no hesitation in recommending the company, the service from their staff and the quality of their investment properties
