We worked with Gareth at Officio and he was amazing! He listened to our requirements and was always available and helpful. He made sure we saw all possible options and was very patient with us and gave us time to view all offices without rushing.

Extremely supportive and solve the problem attitude
We started looking in March 2022 and were supported by Faye Hollinsworth. We had our initial call with Faye and Jack to discuss our needs and plans for the future. Although our needs and timeline changed Faye and Joseph are very flexible and supportive in managing those changes. As a result we have settled on a space that currently meets our needs.

Extremely supportive and helpful
We started looking started looking a new office in November 2021 and were supported by Faye Hollinsworth and Joseph Mew. We had our initial call with Faye to discuss our needs and plans for the future. Although our needs and timeline changed Faye and Joseph are very flexible and supportive in managing those changes. As a result we have settled on a space that currently meets our needs and allows us to grow our team. The other companies in the building we occupy have been very pleasant and welcoming.

The whole process of viewing, choosing and moving into our beautiful new Airivo office in Birmingham was simple and professionally managed. Everyone involved has been ready to help and we got what we were expecting in terms of service. Thanks Airivo!

Schae was a great help in finding our office space. It was so helpful for someone to be able to narrow down our search which could have gone on indefinitely and she made the process so much easier for us.

Perfect New Office
This was the first time we had used a broker to help us find the perfect office. Everyone we spoke to at Officio were really great, helpful, and came across as genuinely interested in helping us find the right place for our charity. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow on call from Keith to check that we had settled in and did not have any 'teething troubles'. We have been very impressed with the service and would have no hesitation in recommending Officio. We shall definately be using them again next time we move.

Repeated service, well earned
This is the second time we've worked with Officio, and Gareth, to help us find an office. The service is always great, and there is a good appreciation of our needs as a company with suggestions coming back that are clearly well selected, as well as being able to help with the signing process once finding a suitable place. Joseph was really helpful and caring throughout the process. He kept on checking in and seeing how he can help us to find the perfect place for our company. And even though we didn't go with any of the Officio spaces in the end, it was a big help for us to see and compare our opportunities.

Very helpful and easy to work with
Very helpful and easy to work with. Schae was very understanding as I am very busy and often difficult to contact during the day.
We found it easy to search for offices in our target areas as they were able to rule out anything that doesn't suit us on their own without us spending too much time. They also arranged all viewings so we just had to turn up on the day.
