Staff is Untrained and Incompetent
I was a Virtual Tenant for a few years with no problem working from my Home Office. When I moved to another Worksuites location - the first location continued to bill me for 3 months, even though the Contract for new location specifically terminated the Uptown location. It was painful getting one side of the company to speak to the other side to correct/stop the billing from the old location. Then after contracting for an Actual Office for 1 year -- I was harassed by the Staff (because they were incompetent and untrained). I had to leave and find another Executive Office provider.
I am an Attorney and Business Owner. Here's the specifics: Worksuites provided me with a Contract, which we both signed. Two months after I moved in, they promoted a Receptionist to be the Office Manager (with no training). She proceeded to demand that I sign another contract for more money, with a longer term and a higher deposit - which I had NO obligation to do (Again - I am an attorney). I tried to make it work and to get them to be Fair and Reasonable. The Staff is incompetent and clueless. I had to leave.

NORTH HOUSTON
At our North Houston location (11811 n. fwy) the staff is amazing. Ashley always keeps the refreshments stocked and is so organized when it comes to checking in our interviewees! The coffee bar is a life saver in the morning.o I knw the whole floor enjoys it! I have truly enjoyed having our offices here at this location!

For the most part, I am very happy with WORKSUITES. The amenities and staff are nice. The only thing I would change is to have a larger refrigerator that could accommodate the entire floor.
Would also like an ice maker that produced ice faster, after the flavored water that's made in the morning (love this), then there is no ice left for the day. Other than those 2 minor things, I have enjoyed working here.

If the fridge was larger and could actually accommodate the entire floor...and if there was more than one sink (faucet) to clean dishes and wash hands, the WORKSUITES atmosphere would be perfect :)

I would like to be able to send faxes…
I would like to be able to send faxes from the front desk. Also, someone talked to me about my neighbors being able to hear my phone conversations. However, someone brought their children to the office and they were loud. I can also hear other people because the walls are so thin.
My keycard didn’t open the door after hours and I had to go and get that fixed. It turned out no one put the sticker on my key card.
My experience so far has been just okay and I don’t know that we will renew after this lease.

Amazing amenities and location!!
I've been a client at Worksuites for almost two months and my experience so far has been amazing. The staff is fantastic! Location and amenities are unbeatable from the competition for the price. The building is well kept and maintained. I cannot find a better value than Worksuites anywhere else.

Past experience has been more on the minus side. Slow replies to questions, unavailable by phone, transferred around from one representative to another. Hopefully things will improve.

Small amenities will bring great reveiws and a 100% occupancy
My monthly billings are not correct, on several occasions. It took the tech 4 months to get my phone system correct.
The suites need Name plaques or small sign to be placed either on our doors or on the wall beside the doors. Similar to what you have for the Kitchen and Conference rooms, that really don't need one. It would be very nice if a fixed glass pane could be installed on our doors, door inserts ?, because clients do not know if anybody is in the office or not, and they surely do not know which office or door. There are no numbers and no titles, on any of the offices that face South, toward the Galleria. I had a computer tech ($125 per hour) sitting in the lobby upstairs, waiting for me to get him, and i am waiting for him in my office which has no number, no plaque and no name.
The other situation is the portable coffee supply for the third floor is currently placed in the beautiful entry area, on the credenza. It is a small coffee thermos, so small that it has been empty 90% of the time I have tried to get a cup of coffee for myself or for a client, even at 9:00-9:30 AM. You have a small kitchen area, where a larger coffee maker should be, with all of the condiments and cups. This way the entry lobby would stay nice and clean and presentable. You could put a decent size coffee make in the kitchen that would be easy to clean and maintain with sufficient coffee for people up stairs. Drinking water is another issue up stairs. It would be so simple to put a small drinking water cooler ($150) and $30 or $40 a month to have the bottles replaced weekly. This would eliminate filling a water dispenser that is sitting on the entry credenza, which is destroying the credenza, not to mention, undrinkable water most of the time. This would probably get you a FIVE (5) STAR RATING!
