From start to final settlement I found all the staff of ASAG wonderfully friendly, helpful and most importantly efficient. They made what would have been a daunting process so simple and stress free. I can't thank them enough. I would recommend them to everyone and I fairly frequently do.

My first contact at ASAG was with Paul…
My first contact at ASAG was with Paul Hewitt and I found him very helpful, at the time I was lost and unsure what to do in my financial situation. It was certainly a big challenge sorting out all my documents, but with the help from Gavin Luca and his team I managed.
I would definitely recommend ASAG to anyone wishing to apply for a reverse mortgage loan.

ASAG amazing company
I have been absolutely thrilled with not just the professional service offered by ASAG but also by their kindness and understanding. Compared to two other major Reverse Mortgage companies who between them took 13 months to decline my application due to me living in a resort I have found Gavin Luka at ASAG extraordinary in his patience with any amount of questions which were answered so promptly and in full. A very happy life ahead.

By Jan 24 money was in bank
Lots of data & personal info had to be collected but Gavin & team were there every step of the way
If there was a hiccup Gavin would email
text or phone personally to get us thru process
Would highly recommend ASAG to anyone and Gavin in particular is now like family to us

Great company to deal with
I have used this company very recently and especially Gavin.He was so helpful in every way and talked me through everything that I needed to do.He was so polite , understanding and gentle with this gal as I was sick at the time but he just explained it all step by step and made the whole procedure as painless as possible though it wasn't as easy a procedure as I'd hoped.They always answered the phone promptly and if Gavin wasn't immediately available he'd always ring back very promptly.I can assure you this company is so easy to deal with.

Feeling extremely lost and intimidated…
Feeling extremely lost and intimidated by my financial situation, and not sure of my next step, ASAG was recommended to me, so I forged ahead. While it was a bit of a challenge, I highly recommend Gavin Luca and his team, very much on the ball, and only too ready to help .

ASAG helped make the loan process easy
Our first contact was with Paul Hewitt and we found him to be extremely helpful and professional in relation to the reverse mortgage. Paul helped guide us through the completion of the loan documentation and it was an easy process. Since the funds were transferred to us we have been in contact with Gavin Luka who has also been helpful and professional. My husband and I would definitely recommend ASAG to anyone wishing to apply for a reverse mortgage.
